Happiness is an alternative rock band from Helsinki, Finland. Formed in 2005, the band's line-up consists of Alexandre Descargues (lead vocals), Jussi Korhonen (bass, vocals), Mikko Pietinen (drums) and Hans Hansen (guitar).

Contents

The first single was "Accelerate" in May 2007, followed by "Need You" in September 2007. Their debut album, 66Ft Melodies, was released in October 2007, recorded by Dynasty Recordings and distributed by Warner Music Finland. The following year, they released two more singles, "Eternal Sunshine of a Communist Mind" in May 2008 and "We Have Come in Means of Terror" in October 2008.

In 2007, Happiness opened for My Chemical Romance and Marilyn Manson in Helsinki. [1]

The band has not released another album since their debut. [2]

PMMP was a Finnish band fronted by singers Paula Vesala and Mira Luoti and backed by musicians Mikko Virta, Juho Vehmanen and Heikki Kytölä. The name of the band is often said to be an abbreviation of the sentence "Paulan ja Miran Molemmat Puolet", which can be translated in English as "Both Sides of Paula and Mira". However, in an interview on the Finnish talk show Krisse Show, they stated that the name of the band comes, like ABBA, from the names of 4 of its members: so PMMP is Paula, Mira, Mira, Paula. <i>Eat Me, Drink Me</i> 2007 studio album by Marilyn Manson

Eat Me, Drink Me is the sixth studio album by American rock band Marilyn Manson, released on June 5, 2007 by Interscope Records. It was recorded in a rented home studio in Hollywood by lead vocalist Marilyn Manson and guitarist and bassist Tim Sköld, and was produced by Manson and Sköld. It was the band's first album not to be recorded as a five-piece, as John 5 departed from the group in 2004. Instead of replacing 5, Tim Sköld remained with bass and played guitar, and the band continued as a four-piece. Manson has stated that he sang most of the album lying down on the studio floor with his hands cupping the studio microphone, resulting in a very distinctive vocal sound. Of Sköld's compositions, a further two are said to have been turned into fully-fledged songs with lyrics, music and vocals completed but were not put onto album for fear of making it overwrought.
