Harrow Garden Village was a housing development in the 1930s around Rayners Lane Underground station in London, England, which until then had been a "country halt" on the Metropolitan line. This was Metro-land's flagship development, begun in by E S Reid, with streets full of semi-detached houses fronted with bay windows and tiled roofs.

Aberdeen is a neighbourhood in the southern area of Kamloops, British Columbia. It is bordered by Highway 5A to the east and the Trans Canada Highway to the north. Located on the slope of the southern hills overlooking Kamloops, Aberdeen overlooks the city and surrounding Thompson River valley from the south. The neighbourhood gets its name John Hamilton-Gordon, seventh Earl of Aberdeen, Governor General of Canada from 1893 to 1898. He visited Kamloops in November 1894.
The Coney Island Velodrome was a mid-sized sports arena in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York City. Designed as a bicycle racing venue, the drome featured a 1⁄8-mile (0.20 km) wooden oval track with 45° banked corners and seating for 10,000. It also hosted outboard midgets into 1939. Located next to the Culver Depot, the Brooklyn–Manhattan Transit Corporation's rail terminal at Neptune Avenue & West 12th Street, the venue played host to sports ranging from motorcycle races to boxing and football.

Murray County was one of the original Nineteen Counties in New South Wales and is now one of the 141 Lands administrative divisions of New South Wales. It included the area which is now part of Canberra and as far north as Lake George and Yass. It was originally bounded on the west by the Murrumbidgee River, on the east by the Shoalhaven River and on the north by the Yass River. A large area of the county was transferred to the Commonwealth government in 1909 in the Seat of Government Acceptance Act to make part of the Australian Capital Territory, along with land in Cowley County. Since then, the ACT border is now part of the western boundary. Part of the ACT border is determined by property boundaries in the Parish of Keewong, in the County of Murray; specifically the southern end of portions 177, 218, 211, 36, and 38. This is mentioned in the Seat of Government Acceptance Act of 1909.

Bramham Island is an island in the Queen Charlotte Strait region of the Central Coast of British Columbia, Canada, on the north side of the entrance to that strait. It lies in the entrance to the maze of waterways inland to the northeast, focused on Seymour Inlet, which includes Belize Inlet and Allison Harbour and Nugent Sound, though it is flanked only by Slingsby Channel on its north, and Schooner Channel on its east. To its west are the open waters at the convergence of Queen Charlotte Sound and Queen Charlotte Strait. About 23 km2 in size, it is mostly low-lying hills and has a number of freshwater lakes.
SM UC-6 was a German Type UC I minelayer submarine or U-boat in the German Imperial Navy during World War I. The U-boat had been ordered by November 1914 and was launched on 20 June 1915. She was commissioned into the German Imperial Navy on 24 June 1915 as SM UC-6. Mines laid by UC-6 in her 89 patrols were credited with sinking 55 ships.
