Henry Joseph Kirk (born 25 August 1944) is a Scottish former footballer who played on the left wing. [4] He played in the Football League in England for Middlesbrough, Darlington, Hartlepool, Scunthorpe United and Stockport County, in the Scottish Football League for Third Lanark, Falkirk and Dumbarton, [3] and in the Swedish Division 2 Norra for IK Sirius. [5]
Scunthorpe United Football Club is a professional association football club based in the town of Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, England. The team will compete in the National League North, the sixth level of the English football league system following relegation from the National League in the 2022–23 season.
Raymond Neal Clemence, was an England international football goalkeeper and part of the Liverpool team of the 1970s. He is one of few players to have made over 1,000 career appearances, and holds the record for the most clean sheets in the history of football (460). Winning three European Cups, five League titles, two UEFA Cups, a UEFA Super Cup, an FA Cup and a League Cup with Liverpool, the last of his 665 appearances for the club was the victorious 1981 European Cup Final. In 1981, after being phased out at Liverpool, Clemence joined Tottenham Hotspur, winning a UEFA Cup, an FA Cup, and a Charity Shield with them, before retiring from football in 1988.
Rory Michael Fallon is a New Zealand former professional footballer who played predominantly as a forward. He previously played for Barnsley, Shrewsbury Town, Swindon Town, Swansea City, Plymouth Argyle, Ipswich Town, Yeovil Town, Aberdeen, St Johnstone, Bristol Rovers, Scunthorpe United, Dorchester Town. He was also capped by New Zealand a total of 24 times, scoring 6 goals. He represented his country at both the 2010 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Nations Cup. He was born and raised in Gisborne. His father Kevin managed New Zealand over a four-year period in the 1980s. He retired from professional football in November 2017.
