Harry Newsham Bentz was an American college football player and coach. He was a member of the 1922 College Football All-America Team and starting center for the 1922 Penn State Nittany Lions football team. [1] Bentz served as the head football coach at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania in 1923 and at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1924 to 1925 and 1927 to 1928, compiling a career college football coaching record of 24–15–2. [2] [3]

William Glenn Killinger was an American football, basketball, and baseball player, coach, and college athletics administrator from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated Harrisburg Technical High School and then lettered in three sports at Pennsylvania State University, where he was an All-American in football in 1921. Killinger then played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Canton Bulldogs and the New York Giants and for Philadelphia Quakers of the first American Football League in 1926. Killinger served as the head football coach at Dickinson College (1922), Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (1927–1931), Moravian College (1933), West Chester University, and with the North Carolina Pre-Flight School (1944), compiling a career college football head coaching record of 176–72–16. He was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame as a player in 1971.

Edward Gulian was an American football, basketball, and baseball player and coach, and college athletics administrator. He served as the head football coach at State Teachers College at Shippensburg—now known as Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania—from 1933 to 1946 and at Albright College from 1949 to 1954, compiling a career college football coaching record of 72–57–9. He was also the head basketball coach at Shippensburg from 1933 to 1943 and at Albright from 1949 to 1955, tallying a career college basketball coaching record of 139–151. Gulian attended Norristown High School in Norristown, Pennsylvania and Gettysburg College. He was named he athletic director at Shippensburg in 1933. Gulian served as an assistant football coach in charge of the backfield at Lafayette College for two seasons before being hired at Albright in 1949.

Abraham Jacob Sharadin was an American football, basketball and baseball player and coach. He served as the head football coach at the University of Connecticut in 1912, at Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio in 1920, and Cumberland Valley State Normal School—now known as Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania—from 1921 to 1922, compiling a career college football coaching record of 16–11–1. Sharadin was also as the head basketball coach at Defiance during the 1920–21 season, tallying a mark of 8–10. In 1923, he left the college ranks and began successful run at Ford City High School in Ford City, Pennsylvania, where he led the basketball and football teams from 1923 to 1931.

He served as the head football coach at the State Teachers College at Shippensburg—now known as Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania—from 1947 to 1954, compiling a record of 45–16–3 and leading the Shippensburg Red Raiders football program to consecutive perfect seasons in 1952 and 1953. Rambo was also the head track coach at Shippensburg from 1937 to 1953 and the school's dean of men from 1939 to 1962. He concluded his career at Kutztown State College—now known as Kutztown University of Pennsylvania—first as dean of men from 1968 to 1971 and then as director of development from 1971 to 1974.
