Harvest Crusades is an Evangelical Christian organization based in Los Angeles, United States, that organizes evangelistic conferences.

History

The conference has its origins in a public evangelistic event in Los Angeles founded in 1990, by the senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship, Greg Laurie. [1] The event has been renamed Harvest Crusades. [2]

In 2005, 100,000 people attended at the conference. [3]

Harvest Crusades shifted to an online-only format in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. [4]

In 2022, 21,000 people attended at the conference in Boise, Idaho and 144,000 people online. [5]

When Angels & Serpents Dance is the seventh studio album by Christian metal band P.O.D., released in 2008. It is the first album to include Marcos Curiel since Satellite and the first and only album to be produced for P.O.D. by INO/Columbia. It also includes Mike Muir from Suicidal Tendencies, Helmet guitarist/vocalist Page Hamilton, guest Gospel Choir, and the Marley Sisters. The album debuted at number 9 on the Billboard 200, selling over 34,000 copies in its first week. It has sold over 200,000 copies worldwide so far. A remixed and remastered version of the album, relabeled under Mascot Records, was released on October 14, 2022.

He is also an occasional guest voice for the Washington Post. Jason Frenn is a member of the Assemblies of God World Missions, a Protestant organization, but speaks for a wide variety of churches, denominations, and non-profit organizations. He is also a motivational and corporate affiliate speaker for the Ziglar Corporation.

VidCon is an annual convention for fans, creators, executives, and online brands. The event primarily features prominent video stars from across the internet. In October 2020, VidCon Now relaunched as an ongoing, free digital offering. Veteran YouTube creators John and Hank Green (Vlogbrothers) founded VidCon, which Viacom later acquired in 2018. The Los Angeles Crusade of 1949 was the first great evangelistic campaign of Billy Graham. It was organized by the Christian group Christ for Greater Los Angeles. The campaign was scheduled for three weeks, but it was extended to eight weeks. During the campaign Graham spoke to 350,000 people, by the end, 3,000 of them decided to convert to Christianity. It was subsequently described as the greatest revival since the time of Billy Sunday. After this crusade Graham became a national figure in the United States.
