Harvey Public School District #38, also known as Harvey Public Schools or Harvey 38 is a school district based in Harvey, North Dakota.

Its schools are Harvey Elementary School and Harvey High School.

Harvey Bernard Milk was an American politician and the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in California, as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Milk was born and raised in New York where he acknowledged his homosexuality as an adolescent, but chose to pursue sexual relationships with secrecy and discretion well into his adult years. His experience in the counterculture of the 1960s caused him to shed many of his conservative views about individual freedom and the expression of sexuality.

Zimmerdale is an unincorporated community in Harvey County, Kansas, United States. The community is located along Old Highway 81 and a railroad line between Hesston and Newton.

The D.C. Women's Hall of Fame was a project supported by the D.C. Commission for Women and meant to honor the achievements of women from the District of Columbia. Eight women were inducted into the hall of fame in its first year, 1988. Women were chosen for making "significant contributions in the fields of community and public service, education, health or labor." The hall of fame can be seen in the Dr. Mildred E. Gibbs lecture hall at the Charles Sumner School.
