Hazlehurst is a city in and the county seat of Copiah County, Mississippi, United States, located about 30 miles (48 km) south of the state capital Jackson along Interstate 55. The population was 4,009 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Jackson Metropolitan Statistical Area. Its economy is based on agriculture, particularly tomatoes and cabbage.
Springfield station is a brick railroad depot in Springfield, Illinois, the state capital. It is at mile 185 on Amtrak's Illinois and Missouri Route. As of 2007, it is served by five daily round trips each way: the daily Texas Eagle, and four daily Lincoln Service frequencies. It will be replaced by the Springfield-Sangamon Transportation Center, which is currently under construction, and expected to open in 2025.
Laurel station is an Amtrak station at 230 North Maple Street in the heart of downtown Laurel, Mississippi. Currently served by Amtrak's Crescent passenger train, the station was originally built in 1913 by the New Orleans and Northeastern Railroad, which was acquired in 1916 by the Southern Railway.
Hattiesburg station, also known as Union Station and New Orleans & Northeastern Passenger Depot, is an Amtrak intercity train station located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, at 308 Newman Street. The station is served by Amtrak's Crescent passenger train, and is the last regular stop before its southern terminus in New Orleans. On June 14, 2001, the depot was selected as a Mississippi Landmark (035-HAT-0088-NRD-ML), and in 2002, the depot was designated as a contributing resource within the Hub City Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.
Picayune is an Amtrak intercity train station at 200 South Highway 11, in the heart of downtown Picayune, Mississippi. The station is served by Amtrak's Crescent passenger train. The station house was built in 2008 as a replacement for an open covered shelter. Like its predecessor, however, it is a flag stop, and only stops here when passengers have tickets either to or from the station.
Union Station, also called the Meridian Multi-Modal Transportation Center, is an intermodal transportation center in Meridian, Mississippi. The station is located at 1901 Front Street in the Union Station Historic District within the larger Meridian Downtown Historic District, both of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Consisting of a new addition and renovated surviving wing of the 1906 building, Union Station was officially dedicated on December 11, 1997. It is a center of several modes of passenger transportation, including Amtrak train service on the Norfolk Southern rail corridor, Greyhound, and other providers of bus services.
The San Bernardino Santa Fe Depot is a Mission Revival Style passenger rail terminal in San Bernardino, California, United States. It has been the primary station for the city, serving Amtrak today, and the Santa Fe and Union Pacific Railroads in the past. Until the mid-20th century, the Southern Pacific Railroad had a station 3/4 of a mile away. It currently serves one Amtrak and two Metrolink lines. The depot is a historical landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Passenger and Freight Depot.

Newbern Depot, also known as Newbern Illinois Central Depot or as the Newbern–Dyersburg station, is an Amtrak station and museum in Newbern, Tennessee. It is an unstaffed flag stop on the City of New Orleans route, which serves Newbern and nearby Dyersburg when passengers have tickets to and from the station. The building was constructed by Illinois Central Railroad in 1920 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
Greenwood station is an Amtrak intercity train station in Greenwood, Mississippi, United States. It is a stop on Amtrak's City of New Orleans line. The red brick depot was built around 1917 by the Yazoo and Mississippi Valley Railroad, a subsidiary of the Illinois Central Railroad. It is located in Greenwood's Railroad Historic District, added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

McComb station is a train station in McComb, Mississippi, United States, serving Amtrak's City of New Orleans passenger train. This is a flag stop and the trains only stop if passengers have tickets to and from the station. On May 30, 2021, the station building fell victim to arson and was believed to be a total loss. However, after the structure was inspected by an architectural firm, as well as two construction contractors experienced in rehabilitating burned structures, it was determined in November, 2021, that most of the depot's walls could be saved in the central area and southern ends of the building. On January 3, 2022, Pike Construction of Mississippi, LLC began the rebuilding process, which is expected to take 9-12 months to complete.

It originally the served the Louisville and Nashville Railroad but was most recently a stop for Amtrak. The station is on the National Register of Historic Places as the Louisville and Nashville Railroad Depot, and was designated a Mississippi Landmark by the Mississippi Department of Archives and History. In addition, the station serves as an art gallery owned by the Singing River Art Association.

Located in downtown Kirkwood, it is one of three Amtrak stations in the St. Louis metropolitan area; the other two are the Gateway Multimodal Transportation Center in downtown St. Louis, and the Alton station. The station is run entirely by volunteers. It is the third-busiest Amtrak station in Missouri.
