Henry Robert Spring (born 14 March 2001) is a Fijian international rugby union player
Born in Suva, Spring is the fourth oldest of seven siblings and attended Queen Victoria School, which he captained to an under-15s Deans Cup title in 2015, before taking up a scholarship to France as a 16-year old. [1]
Spring played with Stade Français from 2019 to 2023. [2] He was called into the Fijian squad touring Europe in 2021, as a development opportunity, and made his international debut against Spain in Madrid, coming on off the bench to replace hooker Sam Matavesi for the final 15 minutes of the match. [3]
The Samoa national rugby union team represents the Samoa Rugby Union in men's international rugby union. They are also known as "Manu Samoa", which is thought to derive from the name of a Samoan warrior. They perform a traditional Samoan challenge called the siva tau before each game. Fiji also regularly plays test matches during the June and November test windows. They have beaten the major rugby playing sides of Wales, Scotland, Australia, France, Italy, Argentina and England. The only major sides Fiji are yet to beat are New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland.

He previously played for CA Brive, also in France in both Top 14 and ProD2, and Waikato in New Zealand's ITM Cup. Waqaniburotu debuted for Waikato in 2009 after representing Waikato at Under 20 and Development level.
