Big Brother is a Dutch reality competition television franchise created by John de Mol Jr., first broadcast in the Netherlands in 1999 and subsequently syndicated internationally. The show features contestants called "housemates" or "HouseGuests" who live together in a specially constructed house that is isolated from the outside world. The name is inspired by Big Brother from George Orwell's novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, and the housemates are continuously monitored during their stay in the house by live television cameras as well as personal audio microphones. Throughout the course of the competition, they are voted out until only one remains and wins the cash prize.

Sing Your Face Off is a reality singing series that was aired on ABC during the 2013–14 American television season. It was based on both the Endemol format Your Face Sounds Familiar and an adaptation of the Spanish "Tu cara me suena," the latter of whose title translated as "Your face is familiar to me." The first season consisted of six episodes, with two episodes airing back-to-back over three weeks. The first season premiered on May 31, 2014, and concluded on June 14, 2014. No plans were known to have been formed for a second season. Actress and singer China Anne McClain won the first and only season.
The Circle is an American reality competition series, produced by Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group, that first aired on Netflix in January 2020. It is based on the original British TV series of the same name. Alongside the American version of The Circle, Netflix also launched different versions in France and Brazil, as part of a partnership between Netflix and All3Media. The series bills itself as a game based around social media, with the concept that "anyone can be anyone in The Circle." It has been compared to Big Brother and Catfish in format, as well as Black Mirror episode "Nosedive" with the concept of ratings.
Love Is Blind is a Netflix reality series created by Chris Coelen and produced by Kinetic Content that premiered on February 13, 2020. The show follows a social experiment where single men and women look for love and get engaged, all before meeting in person. Each season premieres episodes on Netflix over the course of 3 or 4 weeks and are followed by a reunion special and three "After the Altar" episodes that follow months later. The series has gained a large viewership and received mostly positive reviews by critics.
Love Is Blind: Brazil is a Brazilian reality television series based on the original American version of the same name hosted by the Brazilian celebrity couple Camila Queiroz and Klebber Toledo which premiered on Netflix on October 6, 2021, as part of a three-week event.
