Hilko Ristau (born 24 April 1974) is a German former professional footballer who played as a defender. [1] He made his debut on the professional league level in the 2. Bundesliga for SG Wattenscheid 09 on 29 August 1997 coming on as a substitute in the 31st minute in the game against SpVgg Unterhaching.

A monofin is a type of swimfin typically used in underwater sports such as finswimming, free-diving and underwater orienteering. It consists of a single or linked surfaces attached to both of the diver's feet, emulating the fluke of Cetaceans like whales or porpoises. Even though the diver's appearance might be reminiscent of a mermaid or merman, monofin swimming is not the same as mermaiding.
The Great Lakes Hockey League (GLHL) is an elite amateur full contact ice hockey league that is affiliated with USA Hockey. Players must be at least 18 years of age and many have previous NCAA College, Junior A, or Professional hockey experience. There are currently 10 teams in the league. A rotation flap is a semicircular skin flap that is rotated into the defect on a fulcrum point. Rotation flaps provide the ability to mobilize large areas of tissue with a wide vascular base for reconstruction. The flap must be adequately large, and a large base is necessary if a back-cut will be needed to lengthen the flap. Andernach station is the transportation hub of the city of Andernach in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate. It is a mid-sized station with thousands of passengers each day.
