Hisyam Teh Poh Teik (born 1953) is a Malaysian defense lawyer and writer known for cases such as the Kim Jong-Nam murder trial [1] [2] [3] [4] and Najib Razak's SRC International appeal case. [5] [6] [7] [8] He is also known for his criminal law books such as, The Law on Drugs Possession and Trafficking in Malaysia and Principles of Criminal Law. [9] [10]
