History

Hockey Breganze was founded in 1961 with the name of Polisportiva CSI Breganze. The golden years of the club were in the 1970s, when it won the two Italian leagues that currently owns.

In the 2000s, Breganze consolidated as one of the top Italian clubs and uses to play European competitions.

Anthony Charles Tuzzolino is an Italian-American former professional ice hockey center. Tuzzolino was drafted 113th overall by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. After completing his collegiate career with Michigan State University of the CCHA he went on to play professionally in both the major and minor professional hockey league teams. He played for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, the New York Rangers and for the Boston Bruins of the NHL and Cincinnati, Lexington, Hartford, Providence, and Houston in the AHL. His younger brother Nicolas Tuzzolino was also a professional hockey player who played in the AHL and ECHL.

Laverda is a manufacturer of combine harvesters and hay equipment, based in Breganze, Italy. It was founded in 1873 by Pietro Laverda to produce farming implements in the Province of Vicenza. 1956 was the year the first self-propelled Laverda combine, the M 60, was manufactured. Laverda formed a partnership with Fiat in 1981, and would be a part of that company for some 20 years.
