    The fourth series of the British medical drama television series Holby City commenced airing in the United Kingdom on BBC One on 9 October 2001, and concluded on 1 October 2002. The episode run for this series was actually commissioned for 26 episodes, however a further 26 episodes were given the go ahead and were bolted onto the end of Series 4 resulting in a 52-episode series run. In essence, it is a combination of two separate series, but classed as one. From here on, each series was commissioned as a full 52-episode run.

    The fourth season of Prison Break, an American serial drama television series commenced airing in the United States on September 1, 2008, on Fox. It consists of 24 episodes, 16 of which aired from September to December 2008. After a hiatus, it resumed on April 17, 2009 and concluded on May 15, 2009 with a two episode finale.     The nineteenth series of the British medical drama television series Casualty commenced airing in the United Kingdom on BBC One on 11 September 2004 and finished on 20 August 2005. It saw another increase, this time to 47 episodes. For the Christmas episodes of the series, two cross-over episodes with Holby City were shown, titled as: "Casualty@Holby City".

    The twentieth series of the British medical drama television series Casualty aired on BBC One from 10 September 2005 to 26 August 2006. The series ran for 48 episodes, including two multi-episode crossovers with Holby City, broadcast as Casualty@Holby City.

    Night of the Hurricane is a 2011 crossover event on the Animation Domination lineup on Fox. The event involved the three animated television series created by Seth MacFarlane: The Cleveland Show,Family Guy andAmerican Dad!. The event depicts a hurricane which hits the towns of Stoolbend, Quahog and Langley Falls. The actual three-way crossover of the event occurs at the end on American Dad! with the three fathers of each family in the same scene.
