Hollis Bristol is a former Saint Lucian cricketer who played for the Windward Islands in West Indian domestic cricket. He played as a right-handed opening batsman.
Bristol made his first-class debut in February 1967,playing against Trinidad and Tobago during the 1966–67 Shell Shield season. [1] The following month,in a friendly against the Leeward Islands,he scored 86 runs opening the batting with Henry Elwin,making what was to be his highest first-class score. [2] In March 1968,Bristol was appointed captain of the Windwards for a one-off match against the touring English team,played at his home ground (Victoria Park,Castries). [3] He was the first Saint Lucian to captain the team,but did not play again at first-class level. [1]

Leonard Alphonso Harris was a West Indian cricketer who played for the Leeward Islands between 1958 and 1971. An opening batsman for much of his career,and occasional bowler in his final seasons,Harris played in West Indian first class cricket,as well as facing the MCC team,England and Australia during his career. He played 27 matches,scoring nearly 1,400 runs at 29.04,including a century,and taking 15 wickets at 19.46. He then went on to play lower-level cricket for St. Kitts until 1976,and helped create the first cricket academy in the Leeward Islands.

The British Virgin Islands cricket team has represented the British overseas territory of the British Virgin Islands in cricket. The team is not a member of the International Cricket Council,but is a member of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association,which itself is a member association of the West Indies Cricket Board,and players from the British Virgin Islands generally represent the Leeward Islands cricket team at domestic level and the West Indies at international level. The British Virgin Islands have however played as a separate entity in matches which held Twenty20 status,but has not appeared in first-class or List A cricket.

Elquemedo T. Willett Park,known as Grove Park until 2010,is a sporting complex in Charlestown,the capital of the Caribbean island of Nevis. The venue's primary use is as a cricket ground,and it serves as a home ground for both the Nevis and Leeward Islands cricket teams.
The 1966–67 Shell Shield season was the second edition of what is now the Regional Four Day Competition,the domestic first-class cricket competition for the countries of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB). The tournament was sponsored by Royal Dutch Shell,with matches played from 8 February to 3 April 1967.
