Ven Shankhu Pol is a 2011 Indian Malayalam-language family drama film directed by Asok R. Nath, starring Suresh Gopi, Manoj K Jayan, Jyothirmayi and Meera Nandan in the lead roles. This film also turned out to be the last Malayalam film of late Malayalam actor Murali. The film was initially titled Ekadasi and produced by Sandeep R Nair before it was sold on outright basis to producer Sanal Thottam.

Churuli (transl. Spiral) is a 2021 Indian Malayalam-language science fiction horror thriller film directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery and written by S. Hareesh. Operation Java is a 2021 Indian Malayalam-language crime thriller film produced by V Cinemas International, written and directed by Tharun Moorthy. It stars an ensemble cast including Balu Varghese, Lukman Avaran, Binu Pappu, Irshad, Shine Tom Chacko, Mamitha Baiju and Vinayakan,Vinod Bose. The story details an investigation undertaken by a cyber cell police station in Kochi. The film released on 12 February 2021 and received positive reviews from critics.
Salute is a 2022 Indian Malayalam-language crime thriller film, directed by Rosshan Andrrews and written by Bobby-Sanjay starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role as a cop. Produced by Dulquer Salmaan under his banner Wayfarer Films, the film has Aslam K. Purayil as the cinematographer while A. Sreekar Prasad handles the editing and Santhosh Narayanan was signed on to compose the original background score before being replaced by Jakes Bejoy.

Jo & Jo is a 2022 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film directed by Arun D. Jose in his directorial debut. The film is co-produced by Imagine Cinemas and Signature Studios. It is co-written by Arun D. Jose and Raveesh Nath. The film stars Mathew Thomas and Nikhila Vimal in the title roles, while Naslen K. Gafoor and Melvin G Babu in the lead roles. The music for the film is composed by Govind Vasantha. The plot revolves around the lives of a group of youngsters in a village during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Orilathanalil is a 2021 Malayalam-language social drama film from India. It was produced by Sandeep. R under the banner Sahasrara Cinemas and directed by Asok. R. Nath who previously directed movies like Saphalam, December, Mizhikal Sakshi, Ven Shankhu Pol etc. Orilathanalil was one of the official entries at the Durban International Film Festival and Sacramento International Film Festival. The plot of the movie revolves around the survival of Achuthan, a physically disabled farmer played by Sreedharan Kaani, who has lost his hands in real life also and later became famous for winning the special award from the Kerala State Department of Agriculture as a role model and representative of the farmer community who has overcome their physical disabilities. The film is a journey through Sreedharan's real life too. It received great critical acclaim for the screenplay, direction, & the social issue discussed in the film among the critics subsequently winning Kerala Film Critics Award 2020 for Best Environmental Film.
Pathaam Valavu is a 2022 Indian Malayalam language thriller film directed by M. Padmakumar written by Abhilash Pillai starring Indrajith Sukumaran, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Ajmal Ameer, Aditi Ravi and Swasika. The film's script was written by Abhilash Pillai, who also wrote Night Drive (2022) also starring Indrajith Sukumaran. Aditi Ravi plays a mother in the film. Ajmal Ameer returns to Malayalam cinema with this film after a hiatus.
Sundari is an Indian Malayalam-language soap opera which has two seasons. It airs on Surya TV and digitally through Sun NXT. The show portrays the life of a village belle who faces discrimination and abuse based on skin colour and aspires to assert that character is important than skin colour. The first season aired from 15 November 2021 to 11 February 2024. The second season began airing from 12 February 2024. The show is an official remake of Kannada language TV series Sundari, which itself loosely based on Tamil movie Gopurangal Saivathillai.
Iratta (transl. Twin) is a 2023 Malayalam-language crime thriller film written and directed by Rohit M. G. Krishnan featuring Joju George in dual roles, Anjali, Arya Salim and Srikant Murali. The film revolves around the death of a policeman during his duty hours in Vagamon police station and the investigation that follows by his estranged twin brother.
