THC NYC is a museum located at 427 Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan that celebrates the role of cannabis in art, pop culture, fashion and more. [1] [2] The museum, which features ten exhibits across five floors of the building, [3] was originally slated to open in fall 2022 in only three floors of the building. [4] [5]

Winka Dubbeldam is a Dutch architectural designer and academic. After her education in architectural design at Columbia University, she established her own firm, Archi-Tectonics, in 1994 in New York City. Her use of a combination of sustainable materials, innovative and inventive building methods with adoption of digital techniques has rewarded her with many accolades for her architectural projects. She has earned a reputation as a leading figure in modern architectural designs which has also made her "a real estate newsmaker". She is a Professor and Chair of architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also the RIBA External Examiner for the Bartlett UCL London [2018-2022], the Creative Director for the Venice Biennale Virtual Italian Pavillion [2021]. Her Ted talk “Crowdfunding Urban Planning” was in TED Global in Edinburgh Scotland 2013.

The St. Nicholas Hotel was a 600-room, mid-nineteenth century luxury hotel on Broadway in the neighborhood of SoHo in Manhattan, New York City. It opened on January 6, 1853, and by the end of the year had expanded to 1,000 rooms. The St. Nicholas raised the bar for a new standard of lavish appointments for a luxury hotel. It was the first New York City building to cost over US$1 million. The hotel was said to have ended the Astor House's preeminence in New York hostelry.

Hall des Lumieres or Hall des Lumières is a digital art and event space located in the former Emigrant Savings Bank Building at 49 Chambers Street in the Civic Center neighborhood of Lower Manhattan in New York City. Rather than a series of traveling digital art shows, each exhibit in the space was created to fit the building's architecture.
