Hundred Acres Manor Haunted House is a haunted attraction in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. [1] It opened in 2003 on the former location of an earlier haunt called Phantoms in The Park. The main building and surrounding area originally housed a pool and community hall. Hundred Acres Manor is a charity haunted house. Profits go to Animal Friends and The Homeless Children's Education Fund.

The home was featured in a 2007 episode of the HGTV television series Secret Spaces on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, and on MTV Cribs.

Phantom Manor is a dark ride attraction in Frontierland at Disneyland Park in Disneyland Paris. Phantom Manor is the park's version of The Haunted Mansion attractions at Disneyland, Magic Kingdom and Tokyo Disneyland, although it is designed to be darker in tone compared to other Haunted Mansion rides. It opened with Euro Disneyland on April 12, 1992. The attraction combines a walk-through portion with Omnimover vehicles and features special effects and Audio-Animatronics. This version of the ride has a distinct plot, compared to the largely ambiguous story lines of the other Haunted Mansion attractions in Disney parks. The ride also features a unique orchestral soundtrack, differing from the American and Japanese versions.

The Chimera House is an urban legend which consists of the usual young teens going out for a night on the town, only to stumble across a large, worn down multiple storey building where they are offered to go through a haunted attraction that consists of "real" horrors inside. In the story, the teens are asked to pay a certain amount of money and told they will receive a portion back for every floor they complete. The twist is that no one has ever completed the house, and the ones who tried never came back out. Rumors state about the various horrors inside the house, from poisonous/deadly animals, to deformed humans, to the supernatural. Accounts vary as to the exact number of floors in the house, but most accounts give the house 13 floors.

HalloWeekends is an annual Halloween event at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio. It was introduced in 1997, and takes place during the Halloween season, usually from the second Friday after Labor Day until the Sunday before Halloween, or sometimes into early November. The event is open on Thursday Nights, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. It is included free with park admission. As of 2021, HalloWeekends features 11 haunted houses and nighttime scare zones, and there are several children's attractions. It is advised that children under 13 years old be accompanied by an adult. HalloWeekend's yearly slogan is "All You Fear is Here!". Other Six Flags parks including Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Valley Fair, and Worlds of Fun all have formerly used the HalloWeekends name. The name has changed to Halloween Haunt at all 3 parks. Cedar Point is the only Six Flags park that still uses the HalloWeekends name.

McKamey Manor is an American haunted house attraction in which survival horror-style events are enacted. It is considered a pioneer of "extreme" haunted attractions. Founded in San Diego by Russ McKamey, it was originally located on his property until it was relocated to Tennessee in 2017, a separate location was opened in Huntsville, Alabama the same year. The house operates year-round, offering visitors tours that can last up to eight hours.

Granby Manor is a privately owned haunted house in Yorktown, Virginia. The walk-through attraction places its guests in an 1800s haunted manor, haunted by the Granby Family. The concept for the haunted house is loosely based on Disney's Haunted Mansion.

Thrillvania is an immersive haunted house theme park located in Terrell, Texas. The park consists of 50 acres, and is considered a major international horror theme park. Created by Lance Pope in 1996, Thrillvania was one of the first haunted house parks to use film special effects such as animatronics and pyrotechnics.
