Hussein Tawbe (born 16 July 1982) is a former Lebanese basketball player. Tawbe was a member of the Lebanon national basketball team, with whom he competed with at the 2006 FIBA World Championship and FIBA Asia Championship 2007. [1] [2] He previously played for Sporting Al Riyadi Beirut and Sagesse.[ citation needed ]
Jackson Brett Vroman was an American-born Lebanese professional basketball player who starred at Iowa State University. Vroman was naturalized as a Lebanese citizen to play for the Lebanon national basketball team, replacing the other naturalized American Lebanese player, Joe Vogel. He was the son of former NBA player Brett Vroman, who played briefly for the Utah Jazz in the 1980–81 NBA season. He died after falling into his pool.
