John Orus Bennett III is an American former politician from New Jersey. A member of the Republican Party, he served as a state senator, and between 2002 and 2004, as president of the state senate. Bennett served as acting governor of New Jersey for four days in January 2002.

Harvington Prep Schooland Nursery is an independent school in Ealing, West London. Founded in 1890 as a kindergarten called Heidelberg College, the school was renamed Harvington College during World War I. In 2010, Harvington School closed its senior school, focusing instead on its preparatory school. Most recently, it has been co-educational up to Year 2, with girls continuing through Year 6. Hydel High School is a prestigious private co-educational secondary school, located on the Ferry Highway, in the Parish of St. Catherine, Jamaica. Founded by former Jamaican Senator, Hyacinth Bennett in September 1993, on Ardenne Road in Kingston, the school grew rapidly after relocating to its present Ferry Campus in September 1995. The Ferry campus was the former location of the now defunct amusement complex Coney Park.
