Shaw Blades is an American musical duo/group formed by Tommy Shaw of Styx and Jack Blades of Night Ranger, both of whom played in the supergroup Damn Yankees. It is an informal duo which has produced two albums between other projects, 1995s Hallucination and 2007s Influence. The first two songs on "Hallucination" -- "My Hallucination" and "I'll Always Be with You"—received modest airplay. "Influence" consisted solely of 1960s and 1970s cover songs that influenced them. Blades' son Colin, an experimental songwriter himself, contributed backing vocals and arrangements to the album. Shaw Blades also recorded a cover of the classic Christmas song "The Twelve Days of Christmas" on the A Classic Rock Christmas album by various classic rock artists in 2002. Shaw Blades did a short tour of America in Spring 2007 and another in Autumn 2007. Both members still principally record and perform with the acts which made them famous.
Back to the Rhythm is Great White's 10th studio album, and first album of original material in about eight years. In 2006, Mark Kendall and Jack Russell wrote 15 songs for this comeback album. The album was recorded in just 24 days during March 2007 in Belmont, CA. Back to the Rhythm was mixed, produced, and engineered by Michael Lardie with all members of the group contributing to the final mix.
Bruce R. Gaitsch is an American guitarist, composer, and producer. He is best known for working with notable bands and musicians such Chicago, Peter Cetera, Madonna, and Agnetha Fältskog as a session musician and songwriter. Gaitsch co-wrote the Madonna song "La Isla Bonita", an international #1 single that earned Gaitsch an award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers in 1987. He has collaborated numerous times with fellow Chicago native Richard Marx whose career he was instrumental in launching.

Crossroads Moment is the third album by American singer-songwriter Jimi Jamison released in Europe on July 11, 2008 for Frontiers Records. The album was produced by Jim Peterik, distributed in Germany by Soulfood Music and released in the United States in 2009. The big accomplish of the album is that was voted #3 album of the year in Europe. The sound of the album mixes Jamison's classic AOR voice with the Peterik sound established since his days in Survivor. There is one music video of the single "When Rock Was King" and two Europe and Japanese bonus tracks, "Alive" and "Streets of Heaven".
