IBCT

IBCT is a Belgian-based, Irish-registered women's road cycling team that was founded in 2018. In its first season in 2019, the team won the Belgian Cup. [2] Following the 2020 season, [3] that was extensively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe, the team announced their intention to become a UCI Women's Continental Team for the 2021 season. [4]

Oliver Naesen is a Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam AG2R Citroën Team. Considered a specialist of the one-day classics, he won the 2017 Belgian National Road Race Championships, as well as the Bretagne Classic in 2016 and 2018. He is the brother of fellow racing cyclist Lawrence Naesen.

Antonia Gröndahl is a Finnish professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Team Rupelcleaning–Champion Lubricants. She rode in the women's road race at the 2016 UCI Road World Championships, but she did not finish the race.

Verena Eberhardt Austrian cyclist

Verena Eberhardt is an Austrian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Team Rupelcleaning–Champion Lubricants. Representing Austria at international competitions, Eberhardt competed at the 2016 UEC European Track Championships in the points race event and scratch event.

Sara Van de Vel Belgian cyclist

Sara Van de Vel is a Belgian professional racing cyclist and triathlete, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Team Rupelcleaning–Champion Lubricants. She rode in the women's time trial event at the 2020 UCI Road World Championships.

The 16th running of the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad women's race in Belgium was held on 27 February 2021. Widely regarded as the start of the Classics season, it was a 1.Pro event on the women's international calendar. The race followed a similar route to that of the men's race, but was shorter and more straightforward at only 124.4 kilometres (77.3 mi), starting in Ghent and finishing in Ninove. For the first time, the women's race finished an hour after the men's race, allowing for the final hour to be broadcast live on television.

The tenth edition of the Gent–Wevelgem's women's race was held on Sunday 28 March 2021. It was the fourth event of the 2021 UCI Women's World Tour and was won by Marianne Vos in a sprint.

The ninth edition of Dwars door Vlaanderen's women's race was held on Wednesday 31 April 2021. The race started and finished in Waregem, and it was won by Annemiek van Vleuten ahead of Katarzyna Niewiadoma (Canyon–SRAM) in a sprint of two. Alexis Ryan (Canyon–SRAM) won the bunch sprint for third place.
