The IMOCA 60 class yacht Artemis Ocean Racing Team II, GBR 100 was designed by Jeremy Rogers and launched in the April 2008 after being built Neville Hutton based in Lymington in United Kingdom. [1]

The IMOCA is a 60ft development class monohull sailing yacht governed by the International Monohull Open Class Association (IMOCA). The class pinnacle event are single or two person ocean races, such as the Route du Rhum and the Vendée Globe and this has been intimately linked to design development within the class. The class is recognised by World Sailing.
The International Monohull Open Class Association (IMOCA) is the governing body of the IMOCA class. Its main task is to design the class regulations for the ocean racing yachts IMOCA 60 and organising single-handed regattas. It was established in 1991. IMOCA has been a member of World Sailing (governing body of international sailing sport) since 1999.
Yoann Richomme is a French navigator, sailor and yacht skipper. He has won the Solitaire du Figaro in 2016 and 2019 and the Route du Rhum in the Class 40 category in 2018 and 2022. In the Imoca class, he won the Retour à la Base 2023 and The Transat 2024.
The 2020–2021 Vendée Globe was a non-stop round the world yacht race for IMOCA 60 class yachts crewed by only one person. It was the ninth edition of the race, which started and finished in Les Sables-d'Olonne, France. The race began on 8 November 2020, with the first finishers completing the course on 27 January 2021 with the 25th and final yacht to complete the race arrived on 5 March 2021.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Brit Air (2), sail number FRA 62, was designed by Finot-Conq and launched in July 2007 after being built by Multiplast in France. Not to be confused with the IMOCA 60 Sodebo was rebranded for the 2006 season and competed as Brit Air while this boat was inbuild.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Holcim - PRB originally launched as PRB (5) was designed by Guillaume Verdier, built by Carrington Boats in Hythe, England, and launched in 2022. The boat was shipped to France for final fitout. The hull was moulded for an Ocean Race project that was cancelled during the COVID-19 pandemic. The PRB team used the parts completed as a way to accelerate their build process and get back out on the water following the sinking of PRB 4 on 30 November, 2020.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Bonduelle 2, FRA 59 was designed by Marc Lombard and launched in the April 2004 after being built by JMV based in Cherbourg, France. The boat was lost during the 2008-2009 Vendée Globe following the loss of the keel bulb. The skipper Jean Le Cam was rescued by fellow competitor Vincent Riou.
The IMOCA 60 Class yacht Sill-Veolia, FRA 29 was designed by Marc Lombard and launched in the 26 April 2004 after being built JMV based in Cherbourg, France.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Group 4 was designed by Finot-Conq, made by JMV in Cherbourg in France, and launched in 1998. It was the runner-up in the 2001 Transat Jacques Vabre.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht SODEBO savourons la vie, 25 was designed by Finot-Conq and launched in October 1998, after being made by Kirié in France. The boat was lost in 2016 while on charter to Richard Tolkien when he abandoned ship after suffering an injury to the head. The wreckage was found near Porto Rico.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Gartmore Investment, GBR 55 was a development class monohull sailing yacht designed by Finot-Conq, made by JMV Industries in Cherbourg, France, and launched in May 1998. Note during 1996-1997 the IMOCA 60 Coyote was branded Gartmore while this boat was being built.

The IMOCA 60 class racing yacht Groupe Bel was launched in 2007 to a design by VPLP and Guillaume Verdier and constructed by Indiana Yachting in Italy.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht LinkedOut, FRA 79 was designed by Guillaume Verdier, built by the Italy-based Persico Marine and launched on 9 July 2019.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Arkéa Paprec, FRA 4 was designed by Juan Kouyoumdjian and launched on 19 July 2019 after being built CDK Technologies in Port La Forêtin, France
The IMOCA 60 class yacht No Way Back, NED 160 was designed by VPLP design and Guillaume Verdier and launched on 18 August 2015 after being built Persico in Italy. The boat had structural issues during the 2022 Route de Rhum when the ballast tanks demounted themselves. This while retiring from the race the previous day and heading back towards Portugal led to an onboard fire and the boat was lost.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Spirit Of Hungary, HUN 77, was designed by Nándor Fa and Attila Dery-Hu for the former to compete in the Barcelona World Race and Vendée Globe and launched in the 7 April 2014 after being built Pauger Composite based in Kápolnásnyék in Hungary.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Galileo, BRA 411 was designed by Angelo Lavranos and Artech Design Team launched in June 2005 and built by Artech do Brasil.
The IMOCA 60 class yacht Helvim was designed and built by Philippe Harlé and Alain Mortain, constructed at CDK Technologies and was launched in June 1991.
The Vendée Arctique is a single-handed (solo) yacht race, from France to the Arctic Circle and back.
