ISM is the twenty-fourth album by the Norwegian electronic dance music producer Aleksander Vinter, and his fourth using the alias "Savant". It was released on 9 September 2012. [1]

Contents

For the third anniversary of its release (9 September 2015), Vinter released his own remix of the popular track "Starfish" under the alias of his side project, "Blanco". This track is only available through Bandcamp and Vinter has not announced any plans for a release elsewhere, [1] and despite being considered part of ISM, this track is not included when purchasing SAVANT COMPLETE, Savant's full discography. [2]

For its fourth anniversary (9 September 2016), 750 limited edition CDs were sold with both signed and unsigned versions. These CDs included updated cover art, and a bonus track made for the anniversary, "ISM Orchestral Suite"; an orchestral suite of many tracks on the album, including "Prelude", "Zeitgeist", "8-Bit Lightsaber", "Outfox", "Starfish", and "ISM". This track is also available on the digital Bandcamp release. [1]

Future bass is a style of electronic dance music which developed in the 2010s that mixes elements of dubstep and trap with warmer, less abrasive rhythms. The genre was pioneered by producers such as Rustie, Hudson Mohawke, Lido, San Holo and Cashmere Cat, and it was popularised in the mid to late-2010s by artists such as Flume, Martin Garrix, Illenium, Louis the Child and Mura Masa. 2016 was seen as the breakout year for the genre.

Where's the Drop? is an orchestral compilation album by Canadian electronic music producer Deadmau5. The album comprises re-imagined orchestral arrangements of his previous work, in collaboration with Gregory Reveret. It was released through Mau5trap, initially exclusively on the music streaming service Tidal on March 30, 2018. The album was released on other digital download services and on vinyl on June 29, 2018. A remix album, containing remixes of the tracks by various other artists, entitled Here's the Drop!, was released on October 4, 2019.

Daniel James "Danny" Howland, better known by his alias Svdden Death, is a Los Angeles DJ and producer from San Jose, California. He is known for his song "Sell Out", a collaboration with American multi-platinum artist Marshmello that peaked on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs at the No. 36 position in early 2019. Howland makes high-energy music that falls into the genre of dubstep and riddim. Howland tours regularly in North America, and can be found on festival lineups all throughout festival season.

Jesse Kardon, better known by his alias Subtronics, is an American dubstep DJ and producer from Philadelphia, United States. He is best known for his song "Griztronics", a collaboration with Michigan-based electronic music artist GRiZ that peaked on Billboard's Hot Dance/Electronic Songs at the No. 9 position in late 2019. Kardon peaked at No. 10 on Billboard's Next Big Sound chart in September 2019. Kardon is married to fellow producer and Dubstep DJ, Sonya Broner, also known by her alias Level Up.

Lee Austin Bates, better known by his alias Must Die, is an American electronic musician, DJ, and producer. Born in Houston, Bates is associated primarily for his music in the dubstep genre. Bates is known for the track "VIPs", a collaboration with American musician Skrillex, released on the label Owsla. Bates has collaborated with artists such as Skream, Eptic, Zomboy, and Boyinaband, and has produced remixes for Svdden Death, Seven Lions, Excision, and Slander, among others.
