Ian Kelly (born Ian Couture-Kelly, March 30, 1979, Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian singer-songwriter. He has released several full-length albums.
His first album, Insecurity, was self-produced and released in 2005. His second, Speak Your Mind, was released in 2008 by the Quebec indie label, Audiogram. The album sold over 45,000 copies in Canada since its release [1] and was certified Gold in Canada by the CRIA in March 2011. His third album, Diamonds & Plastic, was released in May 2011 and sold over 15,000 copies in Canada. Ian toured over 75 dates in support of Diamonds & Plastic in 2011–2012, including festivals in Canada, Belgium, and France. All These Lines, Ian Kelly's fourth album, was released in Canadian stores on November 5, 2013.
Ian Kelly was nominated for two Felix awards at the Gala de l'ADISQ in 2009, [2] 2012, [3] and 2014. [4] One was for Best Non-Francophone Artist, [5] the other for Anglophone Album of the Year. [6] [7] [8] In 2014, Kelly was nominated for two Felix awards at the Gala de l'ADISQ for Best Non-Francophone Show, [9] and Anglophone Album of the Year. [10]

It was released on 4 November 1991 by Sony Music and features songs with words written by French-Canadian lyricist, Luc Plamondon. In Europe, the album was renamed Des mots qui sonnent. It was promoted in Quebec by four promotional singles: "Des mots qui sonnent", "L'amour existe encore", "Je danse dans ma tête" and "Quelqu'un que j'aime, quelqu'un qui m'aime". Their debut album Little Mourning, released in 2015 via Bonsound, was a longlisted nominee for the 2015 Polaris Music Prize. Although both of the band members are francophones, they write and record in English.
Patrice Michaud is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Cap-Chat, Quebec. He won the SOCAN Songwriting Prize in the French division in 2014 for his song "Mécaniques générales", and his 2017 album Almanach was a Juno Award finalist for Francophone Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2018.
Hubert Lenoir is the stage name of Hubert Chiasson, a French Canadian, singer, musician and actor from Quebec City, Quebec. His debut solo album Darlène was a shortlisted finalist for the 2018 Polaris Music Prize.
