Ian Stuart (born 8 October 1961) is a Canadian rugby union player. [1] He played in 21 matches for the Canada national rugby union team from 1984 to 1994, including three matches at the 1987 Rugby World Cup. [2]
The British & Irish Lions is a rugby union team selected from players eligible for the national teams of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The Lions are a Test side and most often select players who have already played for their national team, but they can pick uncapped players who are eligible to any one of the four unions. Like their Polynesian neighbours, the Tongans start their matches with a war dance – the Sipi Tau. They are members of the Pacific Islands Rugby Alliance (PIRA) along with Fiji and Samoa. The Ikale Tahi achieved a historic 19–14 victory over France in the 2011 Rugby World Cup, but having lost to New Zealand and Canada, were unable to achieve what would have been their first-ever presence at the quarter-finals.

USA Rugby is a member of Rugby Americas North, one of six regional governing bodies under World Rugby.
