The estate comprises several streets, including John Chukwu Crescent, Nwachukwu Street, and Worlu Eguma Street. In 2005, the estate's main road was paved with concrete through contributions from local residents. The estate is situated on land historically owned by the Rumuchiworlu family. The name "Iboloji" is derived from the Ikwerre language, reflecting the area's cultural heritage. Chief Egeonu is recognized as the head of the Rumuchiworlu family.
