The men's Ice hockey tournament at the 2025 Asian Winter Games will be held in Harbin, China, between 3 and 14 February at the Harbin Ice Hockey Arena and Harbin Sport University Student Skating Rink. [1] [2]
A total of 14 men's teams will participate in the tournament.
The top 12 ranked NOC's in the IIHF World Ranking in May 2024 qualified for the men's tournament. India and Macau were later added to the competition. [3] Bahrain later replaced the United Arab Emirates.

The 1933 Ice Hockey World Championships were held between February 18 and February 26, 1933, in Prague, Czechoslovakia.
The Indonesian national ice hockey team is the national men's ice hockey team of Indonesia and has been an associate member of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). Indonesia is currently ranked 58th in the IIHF World Ranking and has not qualified to any Olympic Games, but played in two World Championships tournaments.
The 2025 IIHF World Championship will be co-hosted by Stockholm, Sweden, and Herning, Denmark, from 9 to 25 May 2025. This decision regarding Sweden was made at the 2018 semi-annual International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) congress in Malta, and was officially announced on 24 May 2019, at the IIHF's annual congress during the World Championships in Bratislava, Slovakia. At the same time, it was announced that Denmark would co-host the championship.

The 2025 IHF World Women's Handball Championship will be 27th edition of the championship to be jointly hosted by Germany and the Netherlands under the aegis of International Handball Federation (IHF) from 26 November to 14 December 2025. It will be fourth time in history that the championship is jointly hosted. "Catch the Dream" will be the official motto of the competition.

The 2025 Asian Winter Games (第九届亚洲冬季运动会), officially known as the 9th Asian Winter Games, and commonly known as Harbin 2025 (哈尔滨2025), will be the ninth edition of the Asian Winter Games, a multi-sport event held from 7 to 14 February 2025 in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. This will be the second time that Harbin will host the event and the third time China has hosted the Asian Winter Games.
