Herbal teas, also known as herbal infusions and less commonly called tisanes, are beverages made from the infusion or decoction of herbs, spices, or other plant material in hot water. Oftentimes herb tea, or the plain term tea, is used as a reference to all sorts of herbal teas. Many herbs are used in herbal medicine. Some herbal blends contain actual tea.

Although Thai tea normally refers to Thai iced tea, there are also other kinds of tea which can be referred as Thai tea. For instance, the Thai traditional herbal teas which is formulated based on Thai traditional medicine can also be called Thai tea. Thai Oolong tea, which is oolong tea steamed with ginger, lemongrass, and celery, can also be referred to as Thai tea.
Chrysanthemum tea is a flower-based infusion beverage made from the chrysanthemum flowers of the species Chrysanthemum morifolium or Chrysanthemum indicum, which are most popular throughout East and Southeast Asia.
Flavored liquors are liquors that have added flavoring and, in some cases, a small amount of added sugar. They are distinct from liqueurs in that liqueurs have a high sugar content and may also contain glycerine.
Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea made as an infusion from crimson or deep magenta-colored calyces (sepals) of the roselle flower. It is consumed both hot and cold. It has a tart, cranberry-like flavor.
Drink mixers are the non-alcoholic ingredients in mixed drinks and cocktails. Mixers dilute the drink, lowering the alcohol by volume in the drink. They change, enhance, or add new flavors to a drink. They may make the drink sweeter, more sour, or more savory. Some mixers change the texture or consistency of the drink, making it thicker or more watery. Drink mixers may also be used strictly for decorative purposes by changing the color or appearance of the drink. They also simply increase the volume of a drink, to make it last longer.
Ginger tea is a herbal beverage that is made from ginger root. It has a long history as a traditional herbal medicine in East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and West Asia.
Matte Leão is a Brazilian infusion and tea brand, now owned by The Coca-Cola Company. The spelling Matte is archaic, but preserved in the trademark; the currently correct Portuguese spelling for the herb and the derived beverage is mate. Matte Leão offers a range of over 100 types of infusions.

Bireley's is a brand of non-carbonated, fruit-flavored soft drinks originally produced by the Frank W. Bireley Company, established in California in 1923 by Frank W. Bireley. The brand grew rapidly, becoming known throughout the United States, and was acquired by General Foods in 1943. It subsequently disappeared from the market in its home country, but still retains a small international presence through Asahi Soft Drinks in Japan and, until 2019, Ichitan in Thailand.
Oishi Group Public Company Limited is a food-and-beverage corporate group based in Thailand. It operates chains of Japanese restaurants in Thailand, and produces ready-to-drink tea beverages, mainly under the brand Oishi Green Tea, which are also exported to several international markets. The business was founded as Oishi Restaurant in 2000 by Tan Passakornnatee, and soon branched out to produce green tea drinks, quickly becoming the market leader in Thailand. The company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as Oishi Group in 2004, and was acquired by the Thai beverage giant ThaiBev in 2008.
