Igor Tsel (born 24 August 1977) is a Kazakhstani fencer. He competed in the individual sabre event at the 2000 Summer Olympics. [1]

Tsel is a village in Asipovichy District, Mogilev Region, Belarus. It is administratively part of Pratasevichy selsoviet. It is situated on the Svislach River, roughly 20 km northwest of Asipovichy and 90 km southeast of Minsk.
