The PJSC LukoilOil Company is a Russian multinational energy corporation headquartered in Moscow, specializing in the business of extraction, production, transport, and sale of petroleum, natural gas, petroleum products, and electricity. It was formed in 1991 when three state-run, western Siberian companies merged. The original companies were named after their respective towns in Khanty–Mansi Autonomous Okrug that each was based in; Langepasneftegaz, Urayneftegaz, and Kogalymneftegaz. Its new name is the combination of the acronym LUK and the English word "oil".

The Buyan class, Russian designations Project 21630 Buyan and Project 21631 Buyan-M, are series of corvettes developed by Zelenodolsk Design Bureau for the Russian Navy. Since 2010, all subsequent vessels are being constructed as improved Project 21631 subclass, incorporating greater tonnage, stealth technology and the 3S14 vertical launching system for either Kalibr or Oniks anti-ship cruise missiles, significantly enhancing combat capabilities. The ships are primarily designed for operations within littoral zones to protect Russia's vast coastal areas. Due to the small tonnage, they can operate even within shallow parts of oceans and seas and Russia's extensive inland waterway system. The export variant is known as Project 21632 Tornado.
The Rubin class, Russian designation Project 22460 Okhotnik, is a class of Russian border patrol vessels being constructed for the Russian Coast Guard. It is designed to combat surface and airborne targets and threats. It can also conduct patrol and convoy escort duties. It is equipped with a Horizon Air S-100, a license-built version of the Austrian Camcopter S-100 helicopter unmanned aerial vehicle, which is intended for search, detection and identification of small high-speed sea targets at a distance of 150 km (93 mi) from the carrier vessel.
Dmytro Albertovych Salamatin is a Ukrainian politician. He served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada and held the position of First Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Committee for Science and Education. Additionally, he was a Member of the Budget Committee since July 2006. Salamatin has held various significant roles, including General Director of the State Company for export and import of military and special purpose products and services, known as "Ukrspetsexport," as well as General Director of the State Concern "Ukroboronprom" from 2010 to 2012. He also served as the Minister of Defence of Ukraine from 8 February 2012 to 24 December 2012 and was a Member of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine from 17 February 2012 to 24 December 2012.

The Nebo-M or Nebo-ME also known as RLM-ME or 55Zh6ME is an integrated multi-functional radar system that features a multiple programmable multi-band design radars and a central data fusion. The radar began to be investigated in 1984. The radar complex is made up of a command post module and one to three different radars which are deployed on separate 8x8 24-ton trucks. The manufacturer claims this radar system can detect 5th generation aircraft like the F-22 and F-35 and detect long-range ballistic missile launches. Nebo-ME is an export version with some downgraded characteristics.
