The Ihme Centre (German : Ihme-Zentrum) is a residential, business and former shopping centre in Hanover between the Linden and Calenberger Neustadt quarters. It is located on the western bank of the Ihme river.
The complex has commercial areas totalling 60,000 square metres (650,000 sq ft) and residential areas totalling 58,300 square metres (628,000 sq ft) comprising about 860 apartments (for about 2,400 people) and 8,000 square metres (86,000 sq ft) for about 450 students. There are three high-rise buildings (of about 20 floors) for residential and one for office use.
In July 2006 the ownership of the office and commercial areas changed from Engel to the American Carlyle Group. In 2019, it changed to the Tennor group of Lars Windhorst.

The complex contained some of the tallest buildings in Hong Kong, which includes the tallest commercial building in Hong Kong, the 118-storey International Commerce Centre and the loftiest residential tower in Hong Kong, The Cullinan, which rises 270-metre (890 ft) high.

The New England Quarter is a mixed-use development in the city of Brighton and Hove, England. It was built between 2004 and 2008 on the largest brownfield site in the city, adjacent to Brighton railway station. The China Online Centre is a skyscraper located in the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong. The tower rises 52 floors and 201 metres (659 ft) in height. The building was completed in 2000. It was designed by architectural firm Rocco Design Limited, and was developed by Jaffe Development. The China Online Centre, which stands as the 52nd-tallest building in Hong Kong, is composed entirely of commercial office space. It has a total floor area of 16,000 square metres (170,000 sq ft).
Grand Waterfront is a private housing estate and a shopping mall in Ma Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, near Kowloon City Ferry Pier. Formerly a Hong Kong and China Gas towngas plant, the estate consists of five 57-storey high-rise buildings and a shopping arcade. It was jointly developed by Henderson Land Development and Hong Kong and China Towngas and completed in 2007.

The Botanischer Garten der Universität Duisburg-Essen (4,100 square metres is a botanical garden maintained on the Essen campus of the University of Duisburg-Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It formerly was located at Henri-Dunant-Strasse 65. Now it is located next to the Grugapark area at Kühlshammerweg 30. The garden is maintained for research and educational uses, and is not open to the public.
The Gewächshaus für tropische Nutzpflanzen is a botanical garden specializing in tropical crops, maintained by the University of Kassel. It is located in greenhouses at Steinstraße 19, Witzenhausen, Hesse, Germany, and open several afternoons per week.
Chamchuri Square is a high-rise building complex located in Bangkok, Thailand. It consists of a commercial office tower, a residential tower and a podium housing a shopping mall which connects the two. Owned by Chulalongkorn University, construction on the complex began in 1994 but was halted from 1996 to 2005 and later completed in 2008. With forty floors and a height of 173 metres (568 ft), the office tower is the thirty-eighth-tallest building in Thailand as of 2009.
The Rokin Plaza is a large retail complex south of the Dam in Amsterdam which used to be an office building. The name refers to the Rokin canal on which the building sits.
The Muma River is a right tributary of the Han River in the Yangtze river basin of northern China. It has a length of 128 kilometres (80 mi) and a drainage area of 2,782 square kilometres (1,074 sq mi). It originates in and flows entirely within Xixiang County of Shaanxi Province. The annual average flow is 45 cubic metres per second (1,600 cu ft/s). It has a natural drop of 1,613 metres (5,292 ft) and water reserves of 90,000 kilowatts. It arises near the border with Sichuan Province at 32°45′23″N107°22′15″E, flows northwest and debouches into the Han River at 33°05′47″N107°56′51″E.
The Forum Domshof is a sheltered area with a glass roof on the Domshof square in the centre of Bremen in northern Germany. It contains the Bistro-Café Alex, which was built in 1998.
Odense Harbour is the port of Odense, Denmark. Founded in 1803, Denmark's only canal harbour is the country's seventh largest commercial port in terms of turnover. It consists primarily of Inner Harbour, at the end of Odense Canal, and Odense Steel Terminal of Munkebo, which is located adjacent to the Odense Steel Shipyard. The port has a land area of approximately 4,000,000 square metres (43,000,000 sq ft) and a water area of almost 1,000,000 square metres (11,000,000 sq ft). Its industrial importance has declined since the 1960s, but a transformation is underway, including new residential and small business areas.
The World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India. Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020. The centre consists of 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of office space. The complex also includes a conference/exhibition centre. The towers are IGBC LEED Platinum and USGBC LEED Gold certified. The centre is a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). Tower A of the WTC complex is the tallest commercial establishment in the city.
