Ihsan Rustem is a British choreographer living in Switzerland
Since 2007 Rustem has lived and worked in Switzerland, initially as a soloist with Cathy Marston's Stadttheater Bern Ballet, then at the Tanz Luzerner Theater. [1]
Rustem was encouraged to choreograph whilst at the Rambert School, creating 10 pieces for the academy. His work 'Twist of Fate', made for the Bern Ballet's 'Dance: Made in Bern' series, was nominated for the 24th International Choreographic Competition Hannover in Hanover, Germany, and for the 2010 Sadler's Wells Global Dance Competition, becoming a finalist in the competitions. The following year he went on to win both the Sadler's Wells Theatre's Global Dance Contest [2] and the Audience Choice Award ('Publikumspreis') at the 25th International Competition for Choreographers in Hannover [3]
He was the 2014 recipient of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago's International Commissioning Project [4] and in 2017 Ihsan's production of Carmen, [5] created for the NW Dance Project, won Dance Magazine's 2017 Readers' Choice Award [6] for Best Collaboration.
Rustem is[ when? ] the Resident Choreographer for the Northwest Dance Project. [7]
He is the former Artistic Director of the Dance Art Studio Ballettschule Luzern [8] and currently serves as their Artistic Advisor.

Young Soon Hue is a contemporary ballet choreographer. She was born in South Korea and trained in South Korea and France. She began her professional career at Frankfurt Ballet, Germany, under the direction of William Forsythe and continued in Switzerland with Ballet Zürich and as soloist at Basel Ballet. She concluded her active dance career as a principal at the Deutsche Oper am Rhein and continues as instructor in their school. She got engaged in 1990 and married in 1991.
Crystal Pite is a Canadian choreographer and dancer. She began her professional dance career in 1988 at Ballet BC, and in 1996 she joined Ballett Frankfurt under the tutelage of William Forsythe. After leaving Ballett Frankfurt she became the resident choreographer of Montreal company Les Ballets Jazz de Montreal from 2001 to 2004. She then returned to Vancouver where she focused on choreographing while continuing to dance in her own pieces until 2010. In 2002 she formed her own company called Kidd Pivot, which produced her original works Uncollected Work (2003), Double Story (2004), Lost Action (2006), Dark Matters (2009), The You Show (2010), The Tempest Replica (2011), Betroffenheit (2015), and Revisor (2019) to date. Throughout her career she has been commissioned by many international dance companies to create new pieces, including The Second Person (2007) for Netherlands Dans Theater and Emergence (2009) for the National Ballet of Canada, the latter of which was awarded four Dora Mavor Moore Awards.
Stijn Celis is a Belgian choreographer and set designer. He danced in companies such as the Royal Ballet of Flanders, the Zürich Ballet, Contemporary Dance Zurich, Le Ballet du Grand Théâtre in Geneva and the Cullberg Ballet. In a survey of critics, the German magazine "ballett international / tanz aktuell" named him "most promising young choreographer" in 2001. From 2004 to 2007, he was director of the Bern Ballet; he worked as a freelance choreographer until 2014 when he took over as ballet director of the Saarländisches Staatstheater.
