The Iloilo Schools Sports Association (High School Basketball) is a sports association of Universities and Colleges in Iloilo City, Philippines. In 2007 Season, it has 11 member schools. At the Opening of School Year 2016-2017, the ISSA Board of Trustees approved the inclusion of CenterPhil Montessori, a private school based in Janiuay, Iloilo, as one of its member-schools. CenterPhil is the first school from Iloilo Province that was approved to join ISSA. ISSA is one of the sports associations affiliated with the Iloilo Sports Council and DepEd for Basketball. [1] [2]

The Central Philippine University is a private research university in Iloilo City, Philippines. Established in 1905 through a benevolent grant of the American industrialist and philanthropist, John D. Rockefeller, as the Jaro Industrial School and Bible School under the auspices of the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, it is the first Baptist founded and second American university in the Philippines and Asia. In 1913, women were first admitted to the school and it was later converted into a junior college in 1923. In 1953, the college attained university status.

Iloilo Sports Complex, also known as the Iloilo Sports Center is a multi-use sports complex in La Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines and is the venue of athletic events in Iloilo province and Western Visayas and occasionally hosts large gatherings such as concerts. Its main stadium, the Main Stadium, has a seating capacity of 7,000.

Iloilo Science and Technology University

The Iloilo Science and Technology University is a state research university located in La Paz, Iloilo City, Philippines. Founded in 1905 under the American colonial government of the Philippines, it is mandated and chartered as a polytechnical university by the Philippine government to provide undergraduate and graduate courses in technology education, agriculture, fishery, engineering, arts and sciences, forestry, business, health, computer, criminology, nautical and short-term vocational-technical and other continuing courses. Iloilo Mission Hospital Hospital in Western Visayas, Philippines

The Iloilo Mission Hospital, commonly referred to as Mission Hospital, Mission, CPU–IMH or IMH, is a private tertiary, academic and teaching hospital located in Jaro, Iloilo City, Philippines. Established in 1901 through the auspices of the Presbyterian Foreign Mission Board from the United States by the American missionary doctor, Joseph Andrew Hall, it is the "first and oldest American and Protestant founded hospital in the Philippines". It was originally named as Sabine Haines Memorial Union Mission Hospital in memory of Charles Haines's son, a New Yorker whose grant made possible for the founding of the hospital.

2010 ISSA Basketball Tournament was the basketball tournament of the Iloilo Schools Sports Association in 2007. Six (6) schools in group A and five (5) schools in group B of the high school division were participating and the tournament was hosted by the Central Philippine University. Games were held at the De Paul College gym, CPU gym and Iloilo Sports Complex Basketball center. The tournament was held from August 10 through September 14 or 17th, 2007. The champion of group B will go up to group A for the next tournament, while the last place team in group A will be relegated to group B.

Kaya F.C.–Iloilo Filipino association football club based in Iloilo City

Kaya Futbol Club–Iloilo is a Filipino professional football club based in Iloilo City. They play in the Philippines Football League, the highest tier of Philippine football. The club has won one UFL cup and one Copa Paulino Alcantara. Kaya has also competed in the AFC Cup.
