As the city's first major boulevard, it runs approximately 10 miles (16 km) through the center of the city: from Cliff Drive and Lexington Avenue on the bluffs above the Missouri River in the Pendleton Heights historic neighborhood, to 85th Street and Woodland Avenue. The parkway holds 223 acres (0.90 km2) of boulevard parkland dotted with several Beaux-Arts-style decorative structures and architectural details maintained by the city's Parks and Recreation department.

The Landing is a small mall in Kansas City, Missouri. It was built in 1960, on 63rd Street and Troost Avenue and it was originally an open-air shopping center. The architect of the Landing Mall was Edward Tanner, who was also the architect of the old Kansas City Missouri School District Building on 12th and McGee Street in Downtown. The J.C. Nichols company commissioned local artist Jac T Bowen to make a medley of 30 almost life-sized animal sculptures that children could climb on for the mall. During a remodel in 1970, the sculptures were to be transferred to the Kansas City Zoo, but the sculptures never arrived.
Royal Clarence Yard in Gosport, Hampshire, England was established in 1828 as one of the Royal Navy's two principal, purpose-built, provincial victualling establishments. It was designed by George Ledwell Taylor, Civil Architect to the Navy Board and named after the then Duke of Clarence. The new victualling yard was developed on approximately 20 hectares of land, some of which was already in use as a brewing establishment at Weevil on the west shore of Portsmouth Harbour, to the north of Gosport.

The three-acre (1.2 ha) site houses the East Market, a public market and food hall, as well as two bars, restaurants, a brewery, and event space, with plans for neighboring apartments. The property is located in the city's Franklin Park neighborhood and is a contributing part of the Columbus Near East Side District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
