The Fall were an English post-punk group, formed in 1976 in Prestwich, Greater Manchester. They underwent many line-up changes, with vocalist and founder Mark E. Smith as the only constant member. The Fall's long-term musicians included drummers Paul Hanley, Simon Wolstencroft and Karl Burns; guitarists Craig Scanlon, Marc Riley, and Brix Smith; and bassist Steve Hanley, whose melodic, circular bass lines are widely credited with shaping the band's sound from early 1980s albums such as Hex Enduction Hour to the late 1990s.
Omar Alfredo Rodríguez-López is a Puerto Rican guitarist and songwriter. He has formed or played in several bands, including The Mars Volta, At the Drive-In, Antemasque, and Bosnian Rainbows. He was the bassist for the dub band De Facto. He has embarked on a solo career, both in studio and in concert, frequently described as experimental, avant-garde, or progressive. He has also collaborated with numerous artists, such as Damo Suzuki, John Frusciante, El-P, Mon Laferte and Calle 13.
Kenji Suzuki, known as Damo Suzuki (ダモ鈴木), was a Japanese musician best known as the vocalist for the German Krautrock group Can between 1970 and 1973. Born in 1950 in Kobe, Japan, he moved to Europe in the late 1960s where he was spotted busking in Munich, Germany, by Can bassist Holger Czukay and drummer Jaki Liebezeit. Can had just split with their vocalist Malcolm Mooney, and asked Suzuki to sing over tracks from their 1970 compilation album Soundtracks. Afterwards, he became their full time singer, appearing on the three hugely influential albums Tago Mago (1971), Ege Bamyası (1972) and Future Days (1973).
Movement is the debut studio album by English rock group New Order, released on 13 November 1981 by Factory Records. Recorded in the wake of Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis' suicide the previous year, the album is a continuation of the dark post-punk sound of Joy Division's material, increasing the use of synthesizers while still being predominantly rooted in rock. At the time of its release, the album was not particularly well received by critics or audiences, only peaking at number thirty on the UK Albums Chart; the band would gradually shift to a more electronic sound over the course of the next year.

Mugstar are an English rock band, influenced by kraut/psych/space/noise rock such as Oneida, Sonic Youth, Neu! and Hawkwind. Since 2003 they have issued several full-length albums, a split release with Mudhoney and two live albums performing on stage together with Damo Suzuki. 22 Jacks is an American punk rock supergroup, consisting of members of Wax, The Breeders, The Adolescents and Royal Crown Revue. They were active from 1995 to 2001, and again from 2007 on.
Scattered Order are an Australian post punk band, which started as an experimental rock trio. They were formed in 1979 by founding mainstay Mitch Jones on vocals, guitar and bass guitar and Michael Tee on guitar and synths. Their line up changed often through the 1980s and 1990s. In late 1983 Drusilla Johnson joined on synthesiser and vocals – Johnson and Jones later married. The band went on hiatus from 2000–2011, reforming with a line-up featuring Jones, Tee and Shane Fahey from Makers of the Dead Travel Fast.

Your Future Our Clutter is an album by the Fall, released in the UK on 26 April 2010. It is the group's twenty-seventh studio album, and their first for independent record label Domino. The album was recorded at Chairworks Studios, Castleford and 6db Studio, Salford. Publicity for the record describes it as the group's "most rampant, most forward moving, bone shaking best." The album had previously been referred to as Our Future Your Clutter.

Re-Mit is the 29th studio album by the English post-punk group, The Fall. It was released on 13 May 2013 via Cherry Red Records. The album features Mark E. Smith, Peter Greenway, Keiron Melling (drums), Elena Poulou and David Spurr (bass), and marks the first time in the history of the Fall that the group have released four consecutive studio albums recorded with the same line-up.
Sub-Lingual Tablet is the 30th and penultimate studio album by English band The Fall, released in May 2015 by Cherry Red Records.
The Remainderer is an EP by the Fall, released on 9 November 2013. It features five new songs by the group and a medley of two Gene Vincent covers, "Say Mama" and "Race With the Devil". The title track was previously played live. Curiously, "Race with the Devil" is not a new recording, but a live performance recorded at the John Peel 50th-anniversary concert back in 1989 with the Extricate lineup; this recording had previously appeared on The Fall Red Box Set 1976-2007. The last song, "Touchy Pad" features Tamsin Middleton of Manchester band Mr Heart on vocals. The release was explained as a bridging point by the record company. The vinyl version features earlier mixes that differ from the CD. The release was followed by a number of live-shows.
Wise Ol' Man is an EP by the Fall, released on 19 February 2016 by Cherry Red Records. It features two new songs, "Wise Ol' Man" and "All Leave Cancelled", as well as alternate versions and remixes of songs from the band's 2015 album Sub-Lingual Tablet, and a rare live performance of "No Xmas for John Quays", recorded at Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on 28 November 2014.
