ImpreMedia's products include Hispanic newspapers, websites, and magazines. [2] In its portfolio it has some of the most reputed news publications in Spanish based in the United States such as La Opinión and El Diario La Prensa .

History

It was co-founded by John Paton. [3]

In 2012 it was taken over by US Hispanic Media Inc, a subsidiary of Argentinian company S.A. La Nación. [4]

In December 2018, Iván Adaime was appointed C.E.O. [5]

In May 2022, My Code Media Acquired a majority ownership in ImpreMedia [6]

La Nación is an Argentine daily newspaper. As the country's leading conservative newspaper, La Nación's main competitor is the more liberal Clarín. It is regarded as a newspaper of record for Argentina.

El Diario Nueva York is the largest and the oldest Spanish-language daily newspaper in the United States. Published by ImpreMedia, the paper covers local, national and international news with an emphasis on Latin America, as well as human-interest stories, politics, business and technology, health, entertainment, and sports. El Diario Nueva York currently has 294,769 daily readers and 676,570 unique readers each week. Online, it reaches over 5 million users monthly, and it has more than 800,000 followers in social networks.

Based in Los Angeles, La Opinión is the largest Spanish publication in the United States. She was a member of President Obama's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. She was appointed by the California State Legislature to join Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's Commission on the 21st Century Economy.

Ignacio Eugenio Lozano Jr. is a former United States Ambassador to El Salvador. He was appointed to the ambassadorship by President Gerald Ford in 1976. He resigned the post following the assumption of the presidency by Jimmy Carter. Lozano was born in San Antonio, Texas to Mexican immigrants Ignacio E. Lozano Sr. and Alicia Elizondo Lozano. He studied journalism at University of Notre Dame.

José Ignacio Lozano is the son of Ignacio E. Lozano, Jr. and Marta Navarro. He is the grandson of La Opinión newspaper founder Ignacio E. Lozano, Sr. He is the vice-chairman and executive vice-president of Impremedia LLC, the parent company that owns 50% of the newspaper founded by his grandfather.

Rumbo is a chain of Spanish-language newspapers headquartered in Texas, with editions in San Antonio, Houston, and the Rio Grande Valley. It was originally headquartered in San Antonio but later moved its offices to Houston. It was initially a daily publication, but the frequency later changed to weekly. By 2014 it was no longer in print and became online-only.

La Raza is a Spanish newspaper and news website, published in Chicago, Illinois by La Raza Chicago, Inc. It is a free newspaper distributed in Chicago and its metropolitan area, mostly directly to homes in Hispanic neighborhoods and also in street boxes and stores.
