The Great Sacandaga Lake is a large lake situated in the Adirondack Park in northern New York in the United States. The lake has a surface area of about 41.7 square miles (108 km2) at capacity, and the length is about 29 miles (47 km). The word Sacandaga means "Land of the Waving Grass" in the local native language. The lake is located in the northern parts of Fulton County and Saratoga County near the southern border of the Adirondack Park. A small portion also extends northward into southern Hamilton County. The broader, south end of the lake is northeast of the City of Johnstown and the City of Gloversville. Great Sacandaga Lake is a reservoir created by damming the Sacandaga River. The primary purpose for the creation of the reservoir was to control flooding on the Hudson River and the Sacandaga River, floods which had a historically significant impact on the surrounding communities.
Cross Lake is a lake on the border of Cayuga and Onondaga Counties in New York, United States. The lake lies within the boundaries of the traditional Onondaga Indian Nation, and is reputed in local tradition to be the boyhood home of Hiawatha, the great peace maker. However, Onondaga Lake is also said to be Hiawatha's home.
The Cedar River is a 38.5-mile-long (62.0 km) river in the central Adirondacks, in Hamilton County, New York. It rises at the outlet of Cedar Lake in the Town of Arietta and flows northeast into the Town of Lake Pleasant, where it passes through the Cedar River Flow. Continuing northeast and east, it passes through the Town of Indian Lake and remote corners of the Towns of Minerva and Newcomb to join the Hudson River northeast of the hamlet of Indian Lake. The Northville-Placid Trail goes past the Cedar Lakes and along the Cedar River to the flow.
Indian Lake is a 12-mile (19 km) long, 4,255-acre (1,722 ha) reservoir with a southwest to northeast orientation in the towns of Indian Lake and Lake Pleasant in Hamilton County, in the Adirondack Park of New York State, in the United States. The hamlet of Indian Lake is located 2 miles (3.2 km) north of the north end of Indian Lake. New York State Route 30 runs along the west shore of the lake. Most of the shore is part of the Forest Preserve. Indian Lake is fed by the Jessup River, and drains through the Indian River into Lake Abanakee, and from there through the Indian River to the Hudson River.
Lake Ozonia is a lake located by Lake Ozonia, New York, St. Lawrence county in the Adirondacks in upstate New York. The outlet of the lake is Lake Ozonia Outlet which flows into the St. Regis River.

Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, pickerel, walleye, yellow perch, channel catfish, rock bass, bluegill, and black crappie. There is a state owned beach launch on Red Lake Road.
Lake of the Woods is a lake located by Chapel Corners, New York. The outlet flows into the Indian River. Fish species present in the lake are northern pike, lake trout, black crappie, smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, landlocked salmon, whitefish, yellow perch, rock bass, and bluegill. There is a state-owned beach launch on the lake off Cottage Hill Road and there is a 10 horsepower limit.
Pleasant Lake is located by Brasie Corners, Macomb, St. Lawrence County, New York. The outlet creek flows into the Indian River.
Higley Falls Reservoir, also known as Higley Flow, is a man-made lake located on the Raquette River between Colton and South Colton, New York. Fish species present in the reservoir are smallmouth bass, northern pike, black bullhead, and walleye. There is a concrete ramp boat launch located in Higley Flow State Park.
Colton Flow is a lake located on the Raquette River at Colton, New York. Fish species present in the reservoir are smallmouth bass, northern pike, rock bass, yellow perch, black bullhead, and walleye. There is a boat launch located on Gulf Road.
Kayuta Lake is located northwest of Bardwell Mill, New York. Kayuta Lake Campground is located by the Black River inlet. Fish species present in the lake are smallmouth bass, pickerel, white sucker, rock bass, yellow perch, bluegill, and black bullhead. There is a carry down access on the north shore located on State Dam Road.
Hitchens Pond is located east of Barber Point, New York. Fish species present in the lake are white sucker, yellow perch, and black bullhead. Carry down access from County Road 421 to an old railroad bed past Horseshoe Lake.
Horn Lake is a lake located north of Forest Lodge, New York. The outlet creek flows into the Indian River. Fish species present in the lake are pumpkinseed sunfish, and brook trout. There is carry down on the northwest shore via trail. No motors are allowed on Horn Lake.
Kings Flow is located southeast of Indian Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, yellow perch, white sucker, rock bass, black bullhead, and sunfish. Access by state trails on private lands with permission from landowners. No motors are allowed on this lake.
G Lake is a lake located west of Higgins Bay, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, and brown trout. There is carry down off trail from G Lake Road along the west shore. The name is derived from the shape of the body of water, which forms something that resembles a letter “G".
Brant Lake is located by Brant Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, brown trout, yellow perch, chain pickerel, smelt, black crappie, rainbow trout, sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is a state owned hard surface ramp located 1 mile northeast of the hamlet of Brant Lake.
Thirteenth Brook drains Thirteenth Lake and empties into the Hudson River by North River, New York.
Fall Stream empties into Piseco Lake by Piseco, New York. Fall Stream flows through Fall Lake.
