Indraja Shankar (born 17 May 2000) is an former Indian actress who predominantly appears in Tamil and Telugu films. [2] [3] She is the daughter of Tamil comedian Robo Shankar.
Indraja debuted in the film Bigil in 2019 playing the role of a football player named Pandiyamma. [4] In 2021, she made her Telugu debut in the film Paagal [5] where she played one of Vishwak Sen's lovers and featured in the song "Ee Single Chinnode". She also acted in the film Viruman in 2022.
She also participated in the reality show Survivor (Tamil season 1) as a contestant. [6]
In 2024, Indraja married her long distance relative Karthik in a traditional Hindu wedding in March that year. [7] On January 20th 2025, Indraja gave birth to a son. [8]

Shankar Shanmugam is an Indian film director, producer, and screenwriter, primarily known for his work in Tamil cinema. He has also worked in Telugu and Hindi films. Ponnar Shankar, also known as Kalaignarin Ponnar-Shankar, is a 2011 Indian Tamil-language epic historical action drama film produced and directed by Thiagarajan. It is a fictionalised account of the Ponnar Shankar epic, adapted from M. Karunanidhi's novel of the same name.
