IndustriALL European Trade Union is a European trade union federation, founded on 16 May 2012. The Union represents 7.1 million working people of nearly 200 European trade unions. It was formed by the consolidation of three former European union federations:

Most IndustriALL European Trade Union affiliates are also members of the IndustriALL Global Union. Both organisations cooperate on issues of common interest.

IndustriALL Global Union is a global union federation, founded in Copenhagen on 19 June 2012.

The Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh was signed on 15 May 2013. It is a five-year independent, legally binding Global Framework Agreement between global brands, retailers, and trade unions designed to build a safe and healthy Bangladeshi Ready Made Garment (RMG) Industry. The agreement was created in the immediate aftermath of the Rana Plaza building collapse in Bangladesh that resulted in the death of more than 1100 people and injured more than 2000. In June 2013, an implementation plan was agreed leading to the incorporation of the Bangladesh Accord Foundation in the Netherlands in October 2013.

Rob Johnston is the assistant general secretary of the International Transport Workers’ Federation - a global union federation of trade unions in the seafaring, port, road, rail, tourism and aviation industries.

The Universal Alliance of Diamond Workers (UADW) was a small global union federation bringing together workers in the diamond polishing and jewellery making.

The Bangladesh Independent Garment Workers Union Federation (BIGUF) is a trade union federation of garment workers in Bangladesh. The National Coordination Committee for Workers' Education (NCCWE) is a national trade union centre in Bangladesh. The centre unites 14 national trade union federations. It is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation, the World Federation of Trade Unions and the International Transport Workers Federation. It is also supported by the International Labour Organization.

Construction, Industry and Energy is a trade union representing workers in the construction and energy sectors in Belgium.

The Metal Workers Alliance of the Philippines (MWAP) is a trade union federation of metal workers in the Philippines. This includes workers in the electronics industry. MWAP is an affiliate of IndustriALL Global Union.

The Confederation of Thai Electrical Appliances, Electronic Automobile & Metalworkers (TEAM) is a trade union federation of workers in metalworking and the electronics and automotive industries based in Thailand. The trade union federation is a founding member of the Confederation of Industrial Labour of Thailand and affiliated with the IndustriALL Global Union.

Trade unions have historically been unrecognized by IBM. Since the company's foundation in 1911, it has not recognized any in the United States, despite efforts by workers to establish them from 1970 onward. In Australia, Germany and Italy, several trade unions have limited recognition from IBM. IBM has been able to minimize membership even in traditional union strongholds in Western Europe.
