Internal Suffering is a technical brutal death metal band from Pereira, Colombia. The band plays a brand of death metal with deep guttural vocals, extensive use of blast beats, frantic guitar sweeps and lyrical themes heavily influenced by Thelema and Magick. Internal Suffering have since relocated to New York City. In 2011 the band relocated again to Spain. Pereira (early); New York City, New York, United States (later); Madrid, Spain (2011-present)

Technical death metal is a musical subgenre of death metal that began and developed in the early- to mid-1990s, with particular focus on challenging, demanding instrumental skill and complex songwriting.

Pereira is the capital city of the Colombian department of Risaralda. It is located in the foothills of the Andes in a coffee-producing area of Colombia officially known as the "Coffee Axis". Pereira, alongside the rest of the Coffee Axis, form part of UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the "Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia". Singing is the act of producing musical sounds with the voice and augments regular speech by the use of sustained tonality, rhythm, and a variety of vocal techniques. A person who sings is called a singer or vocalist. Singers perform music that can be sung with or without accompaniment by musical instruments. Singing is often done in an ensemble of musicians, such as a choir of singers or a band of instrumentalists. Singers may perform as soloists or accompanied by anything from a single instrument up to a symphony orchestra or big band. Different singing styles include art music such as opera and Chinese opera, Indian music and religious music styles such as gospel, traditional music styles, world music, jazz, blues, gazal and popular music styles such as pop, rock, electronic dance music and filmi.

Prong (band) American heavy metal band

Prong is an American heavy metal band formed in 1986 by bassist Mike Kirkland and guitarist Tommy Victor, the band's sole constant member. To date, they have released twelve studio albums, one live album, four EPs, one DVD and one remix album. Prong had two independent releases — Primitive Origins (1987) and Force Fed (1989) — which attracted the attention of Epic Records, who signed the band in 1989. Amoral (band) Finnish band

Amoral was a metal band from Helsinki, Finland, formed in 1997. They played technical, progressive, melodic, hardrock oriented metal. The band's 4th album was an about-turn, replacing the dominance of quirky death metal with an exemplary display of riff-driven, heavy, yet melodic power groove and the occasional sing-along chorus. Amoral performed extensively in bars, clubs, festivals and other venues in Finland, Europe, Japan, China, Philippines and USA. The band split up in 2017 after 20 years together.

Remove Silence is a Brazilian hard rock band from Sao Paulo, Brazil formed in 2007. Founded by Hugo Mariutti, Fabio Ribeiro formerly of Brazilian band Shaman, Ale Souza and Edu Cominato. Remove Silence released their debut album Fade on September 2009 on the Dynamo Records label in Brazil.

Steel Seal is an Italian Neoclassical Power Metal band that formed in 2003 by guitar player and main songwriter, Marco Valerio Zangani, and vocalist Bruno Baudo, bassist Roberto Fasciani and the keyboardist Adriano Rossi. They produced their first demo in 2003, entitled Demo 2003, which led to a recording contract with Italian label Underground Symphony in 2004. Internal band problems resulted in the departure of Baudo and Fasciani, and the arrival of Andrea Orciuolo, Fabio Bernardi, Luca Lovieno. With a hole in the vocalist spot, the band recruited world-renowned singer D.C. Cooper as a session vocalist and By the Power of Thunder was released in Japan in December 2006 and worldwide in 2007. In 2008, original members Fasciani and Rossi replaced Orciuolo and Bernardi and this time around, Thomas Vikstrom handled vocal duties for the follow-up album, recording them in Argentina in January 2009. On one song, Vikstrom sings a duet with Italian vocalist Val Shieldon, who also is credited for the backing vocals on many tracks. Redemption Denied was released worldwide by Underground Symphony in 2010.

Maurício Pereira is a Brazilian singer-songwriter, lyricist, journalist, saxophonist, television announcer, stage actor and record producer best known for his work with experimental rock duo Os Mulheres Negras.
