The International Solar Energy Society (ISES), founded in 1954, [2] is a UN-accredited membership organization promoting renewable energy. [3] [4] It is the largest international solar association, [5] and there are branches in countries such as UK. [6] They write a monthly column for pv magazine, [7] and judge the Farrington Daniels Award. [8]
