The International Solar Energy Society (ISES), founded in 1954, ^[2] is a UN-accredited membership organization promoting renewable energy. ^{[3] [4]} It is the largest international solar association, ^[5] and there are branches in countries such as UK. ^[6] They write a monthly column for pv magazine, ^[7] and judge the Farrington Daniels Award. ^[8]
