The Irish Future Series or Irish International is an international badminton tournament held in Ireland. This tournament has been a Future Series level, another tournament for higher tournament level is Irish Open.

The Carebaco International is an international badminton tournament of the "Caribbean Regional Badminton Confederation" (Carebaco). Until 1999 the tournament was a closed event eligible only for Carebaco members, but to gain BWF World Ranking points since 1999 the Carebaco International tournament became a level 4 open individual event, now part of the BWF Future Series.
Johanna Goliszewski is a badminton player from Germany who has worked as a sport soldier in the Bundeswehr. She became the member of the Germany national badminton team in 2003. Teamed-up with Carla Nelte in the women's doubles, she competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Karin Schnaase is a German badminton player. She represented her country at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She placed 2nd in her group during group play and did not advance to the next round. She is well known for the broken shoe incident with Laura Sarosi at the 2016 European Badminton Championships, where Sarosi handed her spare shoe to make Schnaase able to continue the match. Schnaase later won the match which made Sarosi unable to gain more points for Olympic badminton qualification.
Carla Nelte is a badminton player from Germany. She started playing badminton at 5 years old in her hometown and became a national team member in 2009. In 2014, she took double victories at the Brasil Open in the women's and mixed doubles event. Teamed-up with Johanna Goliszewski in the women's doubles, they competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Puerto Rico International is an open badminton tournament held in Puerto Rico, organized by the Badminton Pan Am and Puerto Rico Badminton Federation (Fepurba). The tournament has been an International Series level since 1995, then in 2009–2013 categorized as International Challenge, and in 2014 back to International Series level from Badminton World Federation.
Wang Chi-lin is a Taiwanese badminton player who specializes in doubles. He was the gold medalists at the 2017 Summer Universiade in the mixed doubles and team events. Partnered with Chen Hung-ling, he won the bronze medal at the 2018 World Championships.

Ksenia Olegovna Polikarpova is a Russian-born Israeli badminton player. In 2009, she won a bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in Milan, Italy. She also won bronze medals at the European Mixed Team Badminton Championships in 2011, 2013, and 2015 with Russian national badminton team. Polikarpova became an Israeli citizen in May 2017 and won a gold medal in 2017 Maccabiah Games.
