Sky Tonia Ferreira is an American singer-songwriter, model, and actress. As a teenager, Ferreira began uploading videos on Myspace of herself singing songs she had written, which led to her discovery by producers Bloodshy & Avant and a recording contract with Parlophone in 2009. She released her first extended play, As If!, in 2011, which combined elements of electropop and dance music. Ferreira's second EP Ghost (2012), however, incorporated pop with more stripped-down song structures and featured collaborations with Jon Brion and Shirley Manson, as well as the critically acclaimed track "Everything Is Embarrassing", which she composed with Dev Hynes.

He was made a Knight of the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in France in 2004, and a Commander in the Order of the Crown in 2016.

It was made by the Rio de Janeiro-based Cinédia studio. It was a follow-up to the hit Samba in Berlin (1944) which made fun of Brazil's World War II enemy Nazi Germany.

The film stars Michael Shannon as singer Elvis Presley and Kevin Spacey as President Richard Nixon, and focuses on the December 21, 1970, meeting between the two men at the White House. The film also stars Alex Pettyfer, Johnny Knoxville, Colin Hanks, and Evan Peters. The film was released on April 22, 2016, by Amazon Studios and Bleecker Street.
Letters from War is a 2016 Portuguese drama film directed by Ivo M. Ferreira and based on the letter collection D'este viver aqui neste papel descripto by António Lobo Antunes. It was selected to compete for the Golden Bear at the 66th Berlin International Film Festival, where it had its world premiere. It was selected as the Portuguese entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards but it was not nominated.
South is a Portuguese police noir, in nine episodes, created by Edgar Medina and Guilherme Mendonça, directed by Ivo M. Ferreira and produced by Arquipélago Filmes. Soundtrack by Dead Combo. The series premiered on the 28 September 2019, on RTP1, and broadcast ended on the 23 November 2019.
The 2022–23 Liga Portugal was the 89th season of the Primeira Liga, the top professional league for Portuguese association football clubs, and the second season under the current Liga Portugal title. This was the sixth Primeira Liga season to use video assistant referee (VAR). Benfica won the league, having secured a record 38th league title.
