Izel Jenkins Jr. (born May 27, 1964) is an American former professional football defensive back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota Vikings, and New York Giants during the late 1980s and early 1990s. He was selected by the Eagles in the 11th round of the 1988 NFL draft. [1] [2]

A six-time Pro Bowl selection, Allen retired after the 2001 season and is currently an NFL analyst for Pac-12 Networks.
