Eino Jaakko "Jaska" Saariluoma (born 25 July 1967) is a Finnish actor, writer, director, stand-up comedian and television host. Saariluoma graduated from Theatre Academy Helsinki in 1994 and has worked for several theatres, on television and in films. [1] He is best known as a host in television programs such as Huuma and Putous . [2]

Aamulehti is a Finnish-language daily newspaper published in Tampere, Finland. Established in 1881 by Finnish patriots in Tampere, the newspaper aimed to bolster the Finnish language and people's identity during Russia's reign over Finland. Throughout the Cold War, Aamulehti was accused by the Soviet Union of spreading US propaganda, leading to protests from the Soviet Embassy in Helsinki. In the 1980s, the newspaper's parent company acquired and later closed down Uusi Suomi. In 2014, Aamulehti transitioned from broadsheet to tabloid format.

Toni-Ville Henrik Virtanen, better known by his stage name Darude, is a Finnish DJ and record producer from Eura, Satakunta. His music is characterised by its progressive/uplifting style. He started making music in 1995 and released the platinum-selling hit single "Sandstorm" in late 1999. His debut studio album, Before the Storm, was released on September 18, 2000, and sold 800,000 copies worldwide, earning Darude three Finnish Grammy Awards. The Cudgel War was a 1596–1597 peasant uprising in Finland, which was then part of the Kingdom of Sweden.
