Jack "Jim" McGill (born c. 1927, date of death not found) was a Canadian football player who played for the Calgary Stampeders. He won the Grey Cup with them in 1948. [1] He previously played junior football in Calgary with the East End Golden Arrows. [2] [3]
The Calgary Stampeders are a professional Canadian football team based in Calgary, Alberta. The Stampeders compete in the West Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The club plays its home games at McMahon Stadium and are the third-oldest active franchise in the CFL. The Stampeders were officially founded in 1945, although there were clubs operating in Calgary since the 1890s.

Gerald Alan Alphin is a former professional gridiron football wide receiver and slotback who played eight seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 1986 to 1996, mainly for the Ottawa Rough Riders and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Alphin played college football at Kansas State University. Alphin recorded four 1,000-yard receiving seasons, including a period of three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons with the Rough Riders during which he was considered one of the best receivers playing in the CFL. He was named an East all-star in 1988.
Charles McMann was a Canadian professional football running back who played 10 seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Montreal Alouettes and Montreal Concordes. He went on to serve as special teams coordinator and running backs coach for the BC Lions. He was also the head coach of the Waterloo Warriors and McGill Redmen of CIS football, while being named the CIS Coach of the Year in 2002 with the latter. He won a Grey Cup championship in 1977 as a player, before winning three more championships as a coach.

He married Fay Iannone and had 9 children. He died in Langley, British Columbia in 1996. He was 79 years old.
Harold Alexander Irving was a Canadian football player who played for the Calgary Stampeders and Edmonton Eskimos. He won the Grey Cup with the Stampeders in 1948. Irving previously attended and played football for the University of Alberta Golden Bears and hockey for the McGill University Redmen. He died of Alzheimer's disease in 2006.

Waymon Alridge is a former professional Canadian football wide receiver and slotback who played for the Calgary Stampeders, Ottawa Rough Riders, and Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League. From 1983 to 1986, Alridge played in 29 regular season games, mostly with the Rough Riders. He made 95 catches for 1,674 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns over the course of his career. He played college football for the UNLV Rebels of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

David Amer is a former professional Canadian football tight end who played for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. He was selected in the third round of the 1982 CFL Draft by the Stampeders and went on to play five games professionally. Amer played college football for the Simon Fraser Clan.
