Jacqueline "Jackie" Buscarino (born September 11, 1977) is an American voice actress, writer and producer. She has contributed voice-over work to animated series such as The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack , Adventure Time and Gravity Falls . She was the producer of the Cartoon Network series Steven Universe and its sequel Steven Universe Future , where she also voiced Vidalia. Buscarino also starred in the lead role as Jackie in the 2003 independent live action film My Life with Morrissey .

Buscarino was born and raised in Los Angeles, California in September 11, 1977. She was an only child of housewife and retired LAPD officer.

Descendants: Wicked World is an animated short-form series based on the Disney Channel Original Movie Descendants. It premiered on September 18, 2015 on Disney Channel, taking place in-between the events of the first film and Descendants 2. The series is the first Disney Channel Original Series based on a Disney Channel Original Movie. It picks up after the first film and introduces new characters from the Isle of the Lost and Auradon. Descendants: Wicked World ended on March 3, 2017. It received generally positive reviews from critics.
