Jacob Greene (born March 23, 2003) is an American soccer player who plays as a midfielder or defender for MLS Next Pro club Columbus Crew 2.
D.C. United signed Greene on November 25, 2020, making him the club's 15th homegrown signing. [2] Greene made his MLS debut on March 19, 2023, in a 3–2 defeat against New York City FC. [2]
In November 2021, Greene represented the United States national under-20 team at the Revelations Cup. [3]

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its ongoing vaccination efforts, the season began on April 17, 2021 and ended on November 7, 2021. Despite winning against Toronto FC on the last match of the regular season, the team did not qualify playoffs, making it their second consecutive season in which D.C. United did not qualify for the playoffs. It was the first time since 2011, that United did not qualify for the playoffs in consecutive seasons.
