Jaffar Byn

Jafar Ahmed Sadik, better known as Jaffar Byn or the initials JB (born 4 January 1996 in Rinkeby, Stockholm, Sweden) is a Somali rapper. He resides in Rinkeby. [1] In 2017, he was sentenced to four years imprisonment for weapon crimes; he was released in October 2020 after serving three years of his sentence. [2]

Tjuvjakt is a Swedish rap group from Lidingö, Stockholm. The group consists of members Fredrik "Woodz" Eriksson, Olle Grafström, Jesper Swärd, Arvid Lundquist and Kid Eriksson. As of March 2021, the group has released five studio albums. Tjuvjakt's most successful single yet is "Tårarna i halsen", which peaked at number six on the Swedish Singles Chart. In total, the song charted for 31 weeks. In 2020, the group released the single "Kärt återseende", which peaked at number 38 on the same chart. The EP Tomma fickor was subsequently released, peaking at number 26 on the Swedish Albums Chart.

Carl Erik Friman, better known by his stage name Fricky, is a Swedish rapper and musician. In 2018, he released his debut EP Aqua Aura, which peaked at number five on the Swedish Albums Chart. The EP contained songs like "Aqua Aura" and "Hon Få Mig", with the first being certified platinum in Sweden. "Hon få mig" was released as a remix, that featured Ozzy, Leslie Tay and Blizzy. It was subsequently certified platinum in Sweden as well.

Antwan Afram, known professionally as Ant Wan, is a Swedish rapper of Assyrian/Syriac descent from Västerås. He started rapping in Råby and released his first songs in early 2016. His songs gained popularity in late 2016. He made a few songs in 2017 and later in 2018 changed his artist name to Ant Wan. His five-track EP Wow, which included the tracks "Wow", "Kall", "Rikare", "Fendi" and "Boo", reached the top of the Swedish Albums Chart.

Jireel Lavia Pereira, born 29 March 2000 in Angola, is a Swedish rapper best known under his artist name Jireel. In 2017, he released his debut EP Jettad. In 2018, he released his debut studio album, 18, for which he won a Grammis award in the category "Hip Hop/Soul of the Year" in 2019. It was Jireel's second Grammis award, after receiving the award for "New Artist of the Year" in 2018. On 5 June 2020, Jireel released his second studio album, Sex känslor. It contains the previously released singles "För evigt", "Gav allt", "Relationer" and "Chérie". The album peaked at number five on the Swedish Albums Chart. Jireel went to Gubbängsskolan and performed there some years after he left it.

Shiriihan Mohamed Abdulle, known mononymously as Cherrie, is a Swedish singer of Somali descent. She has released three albums and mixtapes, collaborated with international artists such as Stormzy and Kehlani, and in 2019 a short film was released about her life and rise to stardom. Cherrie was raised in Lojo in Finland, where her parents fled from Somalia. At the age of 10 she and her brother, K27, moved to Rinkeby in Stockholm together with their mother.

Lamin Mbergan is a Swedish rapper of Gambian origin, better known by the mononym Lamix stylized as LAMIX and was also known as LMFamous. In 2018, he released his debut EP Ingen som hör that charted on Sverigetopplistan, the official Swedish Albums Chart. His hit song "Hey Baby" produced by Pablo Paz was his debut hit reaching number 21 on the Swedish Singles Chart and staying 44 weeks on the chart.

Salah Abdi Abdulle, known professionally as Dree Low, is a Swedish rapper and songwriter of Somali origin. He lives in Husby in western Stockholm. He broke through in 2019 with his albums No hasta mañana and Flawless. In September 2019, Flawless topped the Swedish Albums Chart and his single "Pippi" topped the Swedish Singles Chart. He has collaborated with a number of Swedish rappers; Adel, Пorsche, Stacks & Glocks 1.Cuz, Einár amongst many. He is childhood friends with footballer Robin Quaison.

Yasin Abdullahi Mahamoud, known as Yasin, is a Swedish hip hop artist.

Myra Eila Matilda Kenttä Granberg is a Swedish singer-songwriter and producer. Her debut single "Tills mitt hjärta går under" peaked at number six on the Swedish singles chart and has been streamed 11 million times. In 2019, she signed with Sony Music. On 14 February, 2020, Granberg released the single "Äru min nu" and it peaked at number four on the Swedish Heatseekers Chart. On 15 May 2020, she released the single "Salt i såren", featuring Malin Christin. She is also known as Lvly, a name that she uses on Epidemic Sound for pop and electronic music in English.

Rasmus Gozzi is a Swedish singer, songwriter and record producer. He started his music career in 2016, and has co-written songs with Louise Andersson Bodin. He is well known for his extensive collaboration with Fröken Snusk, and has also worked with Lazee and Sean Kingston. Gozzi has been associated with the music genre Epadunk.

Ricky Haydari Akdogan, better known as Ricky Rich, is a Swedish rapper. He lives in Västerås. His parents are Kurds from Mardin, Turkey.

Adam Lumbrar Pérez Jakobsson, better known as ADAAM, is a Swedish rapper who lives in Edsberg, Sollentuna. At the age of five, he moved to Valsta, Märsta, and grew up on the same estate as fellow rapper VC Barre; the two founded the record label and hip hop collective Grind Gang Music along with D50. Adaam started writing songs at the age of twelve and released his first single, "Trapstar", at fifteen. He is also known for his collaborations with fellow rapper Einár; their single "Dansa" reached the top of the Swedish singles chart upon Einár's death on 21 October 2021.
