Patten Gymnasium is the name of two multi-purpose gymnasiums in Evanston, Illinois, United States, on the campus of Northwestern University. The original building, designed by George Washington Maher, opened in 1910 and was home to the Northwestern Wildcats men's basketball team until 1940, when it was demolished to make room for the construction of the Technological Institute. The current Patten Gymnasium opened in 1940 and hosted the men's basketball team for 12 years before Welsh-Ryan Arena opened in 1952. The ivy-lined building has the doors and statues from the old gym. It currently is the home to the women's fencing team intramural sports program and also has offices and locker rooms for the women's lacrosse, field hockey, and men's and women's soccer teams. It is named for James A. Patten, former Evanston mayor, philanthropist, commodities broker and NU board of trustees president.
IUPUI Gymnasium, nicknamed the Jungle, is a 1,215-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in Indianapolis. From 1982 until 2014 it was home to the IUPUI Jaguars men's basketball team, and continues to host the IUPUI women's basketball and women's volleyball teams. It also holds various sports classes for the Indiana University School of Physical Education.
Bragg Memorial Stadium is a 25,500-seat football stadium in Tallahassee, Florida, United States. It opened in 1957 and was renovated in 1982. It is home to the Florida A&M Rattlers football team.
Swisher Gymnasium is a 1,360-seat multi-purpose arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Built in 1953, it is currently the home to the Jacksonville University Dolphins men and women's basketball teams. Prior to the 2015–16 season, Jacksonville played its home games at both Swisher Gymnasium and the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena.
Moore Gymnasium is a 3,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Daytona Beach, Florida. It is home to the Bethune–Cookman Wildcats men's and women's basketball teams and women's volleyball team. It gets its name from the university's third president, Richard V. Moore.
William R. Johnson Coliseum is a 7,203-seat multi-purpose arena in Nacogdoches, Texas. Located at the corner of University Drive and East College Street, it is home to the Stephen F. Austin State University Lumberjacks basketball team and the Ladyjacks basketball team. Built in 1974, the coliseum seats 7,203. Two NCAA Women's Midwest Regional games have been played at the Coliseum, as well as a men's NIT game. During summer 2006, a new video board and ad panel were installed. The Coliseum was named after President William R. Johnson who retired from SFA on July 15, 1990 after 14 years of service. The Ladyjacks volleyball team played in the Coliseum until 2011 when they moved to the Robert H. Shelton Gymnasium.
T.M. Elmore Gymnasium is a 6,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Normal, the northern part of Huntsville, Alabama, United States. It is home to the Alabama A&M University Bulldogs men's and women's basketball teams and women's volleyball team. The gymnasium is informally known as "The Dog House" due to the hot temperature and loud environment for opposing teams. In February 1996, Elmore Gymnasium was ranked the "fourth-toughest place to play" in NCAA Division II basketball by Division II Bulletin. The three venues ranked ahead of it were Althouse Hall at Philadelphia Textile, the Sportscenter at Kentucky Wesleyan College, and the DakotaDome at the University of South Dakota. The gymnasium is home to the Bulldog volleyball team also, as well as numerous other civic and institutional activities from concerts and pep rallies, to guest speakers and convocations. The building also houses classrooms, office space, training facilities and the Physical Education department.
Huff Hall is a 4,050-seat multi-purpose arena in Champaign, Illinois, United States. The arena opened in 1925 and was known as Huff Gymnasium until the 1990s. It is named after George Huff, who was the school's athletic director from 1895 to 1935.
Alonzo Smith "Jake" Gaither was an American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Florida A&M University (FAMU) for 25 years, from 1945 to 1969, compiling a record of 204–36–4. His won–loss record is among the best of any college football coach.

Florida A&M University's Teaching Gymnasium officially named the Alfred Lawson, Jr. Multipurpose Center is a 9,639-seat multi-purpose arena in Tallahassee, Florida. It was built in 2009 and it is home to the Florida A&M University men's and women's basketball teams and women's volleyball team. The arena replaced Jake Gaither Gymnasium, which is a 3,365-seat multi-purpose arena. The Alfred Lawson, Jr. Multipurpose Center is the second biggest arena in Tallahassee right behind the 12,500 seat arena, the Donald L. Tucker Center. The official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was April 8, 2009.
The Florida A&M Rattlers football team represents Florida A&M University in the sport of American football. The Rattlers compete in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the south division of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). They play their home games at Bragg Memorial Stadium in Tallahassee. The Rattlers have won twelve black college football national championship, twenty nine Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) titles, eight Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) titles and one national title in the history of their football program. During the 2004 season, the Rattlers briefly attempted to move up to Division I-A and become the only HBCU at college football's highest level, but the team was forced to abort its bid.

The 2018–19 Florida A&M Lady Rattlers basketball team represented Florida A&M University during the 2018–19 college basketball season. The Rattlers were led by ninth year head coach LeDawn Gibson, until she was fired on February 12, 2019. Then-assistant coach Kevin Lynum took over as interim head coach for the remainder of the season. The Lady Rattlers, members of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, played their home games at the Alfred Lawson, Jr. Multipurpose Center. They finished the season 4–25, 2–14 in ACC play to finish in last place. They lost in the first round of the MEAC Women's Tournament to Howard.
